I've requested for RTO agents in Bangalore and got a contact from sulekha, He seems fraud. I've paid him 2600 advance for 2 wheeler and its been a month the LL slot itself is not booked He's bot picking up my call and not replying in WhatsApp. Tomorrow I'll go to police to lodge a complaint against him with his Aadhar Card details I've.
