[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — state cargo packers and movers[protected] fraud

Dear sir,

This is regarding the booking and lead taken from sulekha.com through state cargo packers and movers[protected].

This is a shear case of blackmail, fraud and theft.
1. First they have settled rate at rs.20000+ gst+ insurance totaling rs. 28600. But after picking all household items they sent me invoice of rs. 32240. Invoice copy attached.in such circumstances i was forced to make the whole payment. After that their behavior changed completelyand mr rajesh sharma/ jitesh tiwari told me that your goods will be delivered after 3-4 days (Travel time is only 16 hours)
2. Moreover state cargo packers and movers are not picking my phone.

I with my family is suffering very badly. Don't know what to do.

I request sulekha.com to take this matter on priority and support me as far as possible.

It's highly unprofessional that first you have forced me make extra payment other than that was aggred. Now you are not picking my phone neither telling me status of my house hold items. It now three days and i don't know whether you have moved my goods or not.

You are requested to deliver my house hold by tomorrow morning positively.
