I had hired services of SUPER COOL SERVICE in virar for airconditioner repair. He repaired and issued a warranty of six months starting from 13.11.2015. When the unit went out of order on 19.04.2016 within the warranty period, I tried to contact him on his mobile. He came to see the defunct unit and promised to repair free. But he never returned. When for the first time I went to locate him to the address given by you on your site, I was shocked to realize that no such shop exists there ever. He is a fraud and you have not verified his address. I have filed a police complaint and hold sulekha. com as responsible.
