[Resolved] Sulekha.com — unethical behaviour: money fraud

Osg agency contacted with me for cook on 6th march 2019. She gave us a contact for 6 months with conditions that in case the cook that they provided leaves, they will provide another cook. For this they charged us rs 5000. We hired a female cook through this agency. The cook worked or 1 month and left due to a personal reason (The food was not good). We tried contact agency but they sent 1-2 female cook who didn't not know to cook at all. We asked agency to send some experienced cook, but now the agency woman padmini (Mob - [protected]) is not receiving our calls. They are not returning the money as well. Please resolve this as soon as possible. This is my first experience hiring someone through sulekha which turns out to be this horrible. Pl. Resolve this matter and get our money back so that i can regain trust in sulekha services again.

They give wrong commitments to get business, later cheat customers, I Paid 11800 they shared 31 leads not replaced scraped leads, At the beginning they promised for replacement now not lifting phone. This is second time had bad experience with sulekha.
Their condition is miserable now, not able to survive,

Please don't give business to them.

It is OSG agency, contact person Padmini [protected], Please check you database, and get full details, and I request you not to prolong this which would compel me to write to consume forum. It is a fraud for Rs 5000 which is a big amount. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

hi..we are waiting for action to be taken on this complaint. please note a small correction it is OSD agency. please find the address as below:

OSD Enterprising Pvt ltd represented by Mrs. Padmini having office at No 12, Palani amman kovil street, triplicane, Chennai, 600005. we have a affidavit given by Mrs Padmini explaining the terms and condition of this bond. This is would be the last time i would be asking you to resolve and my next step would be to go consumer court and police complaint. i have enough proof to produce in the court that i hired the cook through sulekha. Please don't test my patience anymore.
