[Resolved] Sulekha.com — m. dhana service point washing machine complaint
I had register the service request for servicing my ifb washing machine on 18/07/2018.
I got a call from (M. Dhana service point)
After checking he told me there is a problem in ic board, it cost around 4000 inr,
And again he came on 25/07/2018 and installed the new board,
After fixing also same condition, again he told that there is a problem in voltage and advice to keep the stabilizer.
Stabilizer also kept, but my washing machine still not working
I had spent almost inr4450.
That service agent not picking the call for last four days
We asked for a bill, but he not provided the bill also
