[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Add on channel activation issue

I have added two channels on[protected]discovery, gemini comedy), one channel(hungama) on[protected].Today 24-7-23 I have renewed by base pack(MY FTA), added STAR MAA HD. But previous add-on channels i.e, Hungama, discovery, gemini comedy stopped, they are not activated called customer care more than 5 times, talked to backend team.No one solving issue, saying will be activateed in 15min, 2hours, but not getting activated.
