Not able to view the subscribed channels from past 3 months

I am a customer for Sun direct from 2009 on wards.

Currently i had subscribed for "Malayalam Value Pack" which is valid till 25 April 2022 and also "Kannada Jodi Pack" which is valid till 09th April 2022.

But, i am not able to view few channels which are part of the above mentioned subscription packages.This issue is faced from last 3 months wherein day by day the number of channels which was subscribed is disconnected...

Non availability of Asianet channel

Address: Soumya Bhavan, Annoor, Ampalathumkala(PO)

Sun direct smart card no. [protected] Sivarama Pillai. Asianet is not viewable in my Set top box. Sun direct customer service representative suggested replacement of Set top box But not yet replaced. Without viewing Asianet I am paying for it. Sun direct is only responsible for it . Othervice they have to refund the money. Steps may kindly be taken to resolve the problem...

Recharge warning at the bottom of screen appears even after days of recharging. Not able to remove it.

I have recharged my sun direct DTH 3 days back. Even after that the warning banner message is getting displayed at the bottom of screen. Even clicking on "Exit" is not removing the banner. This is really annoying. Please fix it ASAP.

Recharge issue

My base pack sundirect expires today. Hence recharged with same base pack today in sundorect mobile app using upi option (phonepe). The amount was debited from my account and sent to sundirect upi. The payment was successfull from phonepe. But recharge was not done. In sundirect app, it showed "something went wrong"....

Amount got debited from gpay but recharge not done

Hi Sir,

I have recharged for my home Sun Direct DTH on July-01-2021 Thursday for 239.99 amount got debited from my account via Google pay at 8.18 am IST. But recharge not done. Tamil value pack 1 with gst and all taxes I got debited 239.99 RS INR.. please refund it. Or do needful my sun Direct number is [protected]...

Sun Direct recharge Done ..Picture not coming

Today i recharged malayalam economy pack worth RS 1374 at morning 10.30 AM(28-May-21) recharge found successful picture not coming till the time 8:00 AM, i was trying to update the complaint to customer care still they says it will work after two hours.. and no update still now.

Recharge failure of sun dth

I have recharged for Rs231 for dth sundirect but recharge failed. Money has been debited from the account. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I wrote a complaint yearlier but I have written the amount debited wrong. Earlier I wrote Rs219 which was wrong. Vijay HD channel freezing sometime

My self Surendra Kumar with Smart Card No [protected].I have taken new connection on 26.03.2021.from day 1 after installation Vijay HD channel not coming properly.problem facing are freezing, getting error E0103, E030.Several time complaint to service person.he comes and just he will shake dish antenna at that moment comes properly again after few hours getting same problem.Complained to service center also but getting irresponsible answer...

Recharge done twice want a refund

I have recharged recharge for 3 months of 630 for telugu dpo pack 1. When I made a recharge first it says recharge failed, saying retry payment and again I recharged it in some other platform it is done and a message saying money is deducted for recharge for first one. What to do now when I asked Amazon they say contact the operator as the recharge done successful . Kindly refund my payment or do the recharge for my other sun direct account...

Recharge twice by mistake

I had recharged sun direct for my friend on 25/03/2021 10:22am through amazon pay, then money deducted from account. After this i checked my amazon, then it shows like " your transaction failed" so i leave the app, because they said about a refund about the lost money. After that, i recharge the same sun direct account using Google Pay, then it got succesed. Now after this all incident, i checked amazon pay for the refund, then it shows that...

Gst charging more in sundirect

If i recharge of 500 to sundirect the balance will show only 430. If i subscribe for any pack the additional gst will get charge, how many times gst will charge for the same amount...

The Sun Direct is not working, many do not get Signal for last 45 days, the signal received is 70% customer care no, doesn't respond appropriately and Raised several complaints Whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD service or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think Sun will heavily loose customers in market...

Reacharged but cheated

Recharged on may 19, 2020 with 1169, normal quality. But today i got this message,
Your sun direct [protected] validity expires today. Recharge hd malayalam dpo a2 pack @ rs.359/1m or rs.1005/3m or rs.1960/6m. Watch dream11 ipl on star sports. Tc*

Changing registered mobile number.
