Refund Transaction Issue

I recharge 259 pack. My amount got deducted from account, But it didn't reflected in Sundirect My transaction

Incorrect Recharged to mobile refund request

Hello Team,

We have made incorrect Recharge to mobile number [protected] in the place of ID on 06/07/2023 for rs.1379.00. I have called and raised this issue many times. But still the balance is not reflecting in our account.
I would request kindly refund back the amount to the mode which we made payment.

Transaction issue

I made an recharge through sun direct app today ( July 4 th 2023) evening 8: 48 pm . And made an payment of 207 rs through paytm. But the transaction is failed ( shown in sun direct app). But the amount is deducted in my account through paytm.

Money deducted but recharge not done.

I have recharged my sun dth on 30th june 2023, friday evening around 7:36 pm for monthly plan ₹230.

The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through upi. Transaction id: 64531044 . Please refund my payment or done my recharged and confirm me. My smart card id is [[protected]]....

Amount deducted but transaction failed

I recharged the hd malayalam gold pack for 339 rupees including tax on[protected] morning and the amount was debited from my account at the instance and the transaction was said to be a failure.

Claim for refund

Last day I had recharged my sun dircet hd account with ₹249 . But mistakenly it went into my previous sun direct account. Unfortunately it was g pay so I can't go anything over it. So I contacted customer care yesterday on the morning. They had requested me to wait for 24 hrs. And now the dead line is over. But no change had occured. If it will long for so many hours I would restrict your account .. I wish you will recover...

Bill payment

I paid for HD Tamil pack of cost rs335. Through UPI. The transaction was successful but the sun app said it failed and my money wasn't refunded. Their customer care wasn't helpful in this matter and straight up left without resolving the issue...

Recharged and amount deducted but recharge failed

I have recharge my dth on 07 June 2023 where the transaction is successful of Rs.199 but it displays recharge is failed and my money is also debited . Kindly help me to get out of such issue . I have made the transaction from paytm....

Refund Request for wrong recharge done on my older sundirect setup box-10372375666

Gpay recharge issue

I have recharged for 229 rs to Sun direct from Google pay but amount debited from account but it is not reflected in the sundirect account. I have recharged at 10.09 am on May 20 2023. I tried to call the customer care they are not responding. They are just rude. I feel like it is the worst service. I am regretting for choosing sun direct over Airtel DTH. Screen shot attached below....

Recharge done twice by mistake

We have sun direct dth at home in my brothers name as he was busy with his work I did the recharge and my brother also did recharge at the same time. How to solve this issue? I tried contacting customer care but no use I couldn't connect with customer care representative....
