I have made payment for sundirect subscription pack around 11:47 am today through sundirect app using phone pay upi. The transaction got successfull but not reflected on my sundirect app and channel not displayed yet.
Please notify this problem and get resolve as soon as possible. Here I am attaching payment details

I paid money from phone pay but not added in sundirect app
I paid 3 times but not reflected in sun direct app
I didn't got credit my money

I made payment for recharge to my account around 5:30 PM today through Phonepe and the payment was successful and debited from my account and also shown paid status in Phonepe. But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.
