I recharged my sun direct account (Smartcard / cdsn no: [protected]) and (Cr-id: cr[protected] for rs. 199 via paytm. Then noticed my balance not updated. So i recharged again for the same amount. While checking my transaction history it shows both recharge. But my account balance remains rs. 1.04. On tv it comes as service not available

      Please change the pack to telugu dpo
      With lockdown in andhra pradesh and no tv to view, it's getting harder to manage to know the news and to keep my children entertainment for sometime in a day.

      I had made a recharge for 6 months subscription base pack of "TAMIL DPO 2A", But after successful recharge, the plan in my account is showing as ODIA DPO 1A.

      Request you to change it to TAMIL DPO 2A.

      Also trying to call customer care is in vain.

        displaying e017 error

        No channel is coming. Just displaying e017 error for all channels. There is no change after doing factory reset also. Offer validity is there up to June 2020. Without any indication or anything it just stopped....

                    With lockdown in bangalore and no tv to view, it's getting harder to manage to know the news and to keep my children entertained for sometime in a day.

                      not getting channels in tv

                      My sundirect smart card no. Is [protected]. Since today afternoon i am not getting any channel in my tv except sunnews. I contacted your customer service over phone and complained. One of your executives told me that there appears some technical problem, it will be rectified and all channels will come within 2 hours. It was 4 pm. Till now i am getting. I tried again to contact customer service but could not. Please try to sort it out immediately....

                      I was recharged with 225 pack but pack was not activated n when i called to customer care executive they r very irresponsible. One person told that it will activated in half an hour n another person told that it will activated in 3hrs. N harrassing customer care calls. I was recharged online and it was approved. Then what is the problem to provide signal

                        I have recharged my old dth instead of new dth number old is not in use 130 rs recharged by paytm payment they simply telling unable to refund your money back but i contacted paytm customer service they told me that to please contact sundth customer service so i request to refund my money 130 rs to my new connection number [protected]vc card number

                          SunDirect setup box was sold to me stating sunnxt premium features were added along with it. But after buying the setup box, tried accessing premium videos in sunnxt app and it always prompted for pay. I did multiple follow ups with sundirect customer care where they are asking me to reach out to sunnxt customercare and vice versa. Now i am fed up with this followups and thought of writing it here.

                              Sir i request you to add zee picchar channels on sun direct.

                              The zee picchar which is launched recently

                              I add requesting but no-one is responsing properly they just say we will add the channel but nothing is done

                              Please add the channel as soon as possible

                              All the dth has taken that channel but only in sun direct it is not available

                              I request you to add the channel fast

                              I has requesting for many channels but no channel is added by sun direct side so add zee picchar channel atleast​

                                balance not credited

                                I made payment for recharge to my account around 7:43PM today through Google pay and the payment was successful and debited from my account and also shown paid status in google pay. But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.

                                Hi sir,

                                I have been using sundirect from many days calling customer care from many times but not getting response. Also emailed trai ccing sundirect then also no proper response from sundirect. As per trai rule customer has every choice to select his channel but where as in sundirect the dth operator is selecting the channel he wants to give. Sundirect is not giving the chance to the customer to select his customer which is against the trai rules in this forum only we can see many complaints on this. Free to air channels 99%tv, bharattoday, prime9news are not available in sundirect platform to choose

                                Sun direct do not follow trai rules they have their own rules as per sundirect customer call.
                                I have recharged my account but i am not getting channels, don't know what's the issue. My card number:[protected]R

                                It is making my validity shorter and I am missing my favourite programs. It is making me to loose trust on you guys.
                                I Recharged sun direct( monthly premium rs 219/-) on 13/3/2020- 6 pm but not yet activated .kindly restore the service immediately

                                  SUNDIRECT company is very poor network and my sundirect I'd [protected], recharge with 630/- 3 months plan, but only two months validity is provided so one month validity is missing, sundirect company is directly scam, customer is very loss amount so please take action to sundirect
