displaying e017 error

No channel is coming. Just displaying e017 error for all channels. There is no change after doing factory reset also. Offer validity is there up to June 2020. Without any indication or anything it just stopped....

not getting any channels after recharge

Ive done a recharge of 285 rs for telugu pack on 20 march.but from 3 days im not getting any channels except for some free channels. ive done recharge again on 24 march but there is no change. ive tried calling customer care but there is no response. can any one please look into this...

wrong cdsn no recharge

I have recharged wrong cdsn no [protected] of an amount of 1499 for 3 months tamil hd pack 3 on 20th march, via amazon pay upi.

Please transfer the amount to the current cdsn no [protected]

With lockdown in bangalore and no tv to view, it's getting harder to manage to know the news and to keep my children entertained for sometime in a day.

Please consider the above and do the needful.

not getting channels in tv

My sundirect smart card no. Is [protected]. Since today afternoon i am not getting any channel in my tv except sunnews. I contacted your customer service over phone and complained. One of your executives told me that there appears some technical problem, it will be rectified and all channels will come within 2 hours. It was 4 pm. Till now i am getting. I tried again to contact customer service but could not. Please try to sort it out immediately....

irresponsible service and harassing calls

I was recharged with 225 pack but pack was not activated n when i called to customer care executive they r very irresponsible. One person told that it will activated in half an hour n another person told that it will activated in 3hrs. N harrassing customer care calls. I was recharged online and it was approved. Then what is the problem to provide signal...

recharge my old dth requested refund my money

selling products with fake offers

SunDirect setup box was sold to me stating sunnxt premium features were added along with it. But after buying the setup box, tried accessing premium videos in sunnxt app and it always prompted for pay. I did multiple follow ups with sundirect customer care where they are asking me to reach out to sunnxt customercare and vice versa. Now i am fed up with this followups and thought of writing it here....

requesting for zee picchar channel kannada channel

Sir i request you to add zee picchar channels on sun direct.

The zee picchar which is launched recently

I add requesting but no-one is responsing properly they just say we will add the channel but nothing is done

Please add the channel as soon as possible

All the dth has taken that channel but only in sun direct it is not available

I request you to add the channel...

balance not credited

I made payment for recharge to my account around 7:43PM today through Google pay and the payment was successful and debited from my account and also shown paid status in google pay. But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.

I have been using sundirect from many days calling customer care from many times but not getting response. Also emailed trai ccing sundirect then also no proper response from sundirect. As per trai rule customer has every choice to select his channel but where as in sundirect the dth operator is selecting the channel he wants to give. wrong message passed by the company

Company representative called me and asked me to recharge with inr 993/- to get my present hd package to be renewed for next 6months, but when i recharged as said at their agent place i see only sd package got activated, but i was in hd plan since the time i opted sundirect but they changed my plan and says the amount is applicable for sd package only after getting recharge done...
