Sun Direct — E06-04 smart card failure

Dear sir, my sun direct TV card no.[protected] recharged on 14/2/2017 evening. At that time TV was off because there was no power. called your toll free number two times. they verified the same and send me message that complaint was resoved. but the TV is not working. only the ist channel 0001 is only diplaed. if we press other channels no display. some times it shows the above subject error. Kindly look in to the matter immediately.
