[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Non availability of Asianet channel

Address:Soumya Bhavan, Annoor, Ampalathumkala(PO)

Sun direct smart card no. [protected] Sivarama Pillai. Asianet is not viewable in my Set top box. Sun direct customer service representative suggested replacement of Set top box But not yet replaced. Without viewing Asianet I am paying for it. Sun direct is only responsible for it . Othervice they have to refund the money. Steps may kindly be taken to resolve the problem
