[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Polimer news channel not coming in sun direct Set top box

CDSN number: [protected]. I have been continuously requesting polimer news channel with Sundirect. But they are saying that in future it will be added in the channel list. I dont think they would add the polimer news channel in their channel in future. We are paying monthly fees for their favorite channels and not customers willing channels. TRAI is saying customers to choose channels and pay for it. but Sun direct really make their customers fools by not providing the requested channels. TRAI should check such complaints against Sun Direct if they have power.

IS THERE ANY PORTABILTY FACILITY TO CHANGE THE DTH SERVICE PROVIDER
