[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge done but channel not working | |||
Hi, I'm writing this mail with a lot of frustration and pain that sun direct customer service is not up to what it meant. So let me tell you the problem I'm facing. I recharged my DTH with "Tamil DPO Pack 1" for 3 months I did it using Paytm which cost me around 550 change. And I added some Hindi ala-cart channels which cost me around 90 Rupees. After a day of recharge, not even a single channel telecasted. I can't able to reach your customer care service I tried all the below lines. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Since I'm not happy with your service, So Kindly initial the refund ASAP. I May also planning to terminate the service.
