According to trai's new regulation, customer has the complete freedom to choose 100 free to air sd channels of basic pack. But sun direct is providing its own basic pack and not offering customers to choose the 100 free to air channels. The least base pack rate is 130 rupees which has unnecessary channels which i do not want to watch.

The least rate of base pack is 130 rupees that is offered. There is no base pack less than 130 rupees. All dth channels are dumping unwanted free to air channels in their base pack and customers are left with no choice but to choose the base pack with the channels that they offer which is violating the basic rules of trai and is destroying the necessity of the new rules of trai.

    But services not renewed called up customer care not helped.
    They dont even want to check with finance team cash recived or not complaint closed with out doing any thing.
    Its one of the horrible customer care in the universe.
    Pls dont choose any type of services.

        I am a subscriber of sundirect.in. My current package is telugu dpo 2 package basic.
        I chose and paid for star india hindi telugu premium 2, bennet coleman bouquet 3, etv hd family pack two days ago. Service not activated yet. Their 24x7 customer care numbers do not answer 24x7.
        I sent e-mails to their listed mail addresses several times, tweeted many times, only to get a formatted ' regret inconvenience' message. Hope you can do something about it.

But my telugu economy pack was changed to telugu dpo package without my permission/with out making any intimation to me.in this pack some channels what i need are not available.               I have recharged 3 days back back and i have not received any channels. I have called customer care and nodal officers. There is no response and no one answers the phone. Already 3-4 days are over, there is no value for the recharge. And no one responds. Why is it that no one responds any of the customer care numbers and even nodal officers numbers? How to contact sun direct?? This is terrible service.

I have done recharge of of rs 154 which are available online from the sundirect application. But the pack didn't got activated and had tried to contact your call centre. After 5-10 minutes of waiting the customer care executive is not answering the call. So kindly look into the matter...

                        I'm joseph george a sun direct customer with my card number: [protected] took a new connection a month ago and the plan ends on[protected]. Yesterday[protected] at 7:43 pm i subscribed for malayalam hd dop pack 1 which costs ₹305/- including gst through my sundiret app through my debit card and the transaction was successful. I waited for the pack to be activated for almost 1-2 hours which was of no use. So the next day[protected] around 8:30 am in the morning when i checked my account in my sundiret app the subscription was activated as telugu hd dop pack 1. I called to the customer care representative but never picked the phone. I called almost 5-6 times and of no use and atlast around 9:07 am one of you customer representative picked up the phone. I mentioned about the problem that i subscribed for malayalam hd dop pack 1 instead subscription was updated as telugu hd dop pack 1 and also asked them to rectify, they said they would rectify the problem. After 10 minutes when i checked my account the again the subscription was activated to telugu dop pack basic which even affected my balance to ₹83.05/- i again called up to the customer representative and they said they noted my complaint and they would rectify. After 10 minutes i got a message which read that they cannot update my account because i have low balance. So i went to the nearest sun direct store to tell the problem and your store member tells me that he cannot help me instead please call the customer care representative or subscribe for another pack. Is this how your sun direct customer deal with your customers. Please make sure my problem must be rectified or i might give a consumer complaint immediately if the problem is not updated or rectified.

                            I held up 69 equity shares of sun tv, on which dividend was declared
                            Rs. 12.50/- per share. Which has total value 69*12.50 = 862.50

                            But today i received a sms of rs. 172.50/- only for dividend.

                            The exact value of the dividend is rupees 862.50/- for 69 shares which i held right now.

                            I haven't received the exact amount.

                              I am existing customer with sundirect from past 9 years and my customer id is [protected], i planned to take a multi connection on june 2018 and my multi connection id is [protected]

                              I have taken instalation plan of kannad cinema plus sports pack for 1 year all of a sudden my package is changed for kannada dpo 3 pack with out my notice

                              As per tria regulation long subscription package should not be changed

                              Problem facing : i am having the validity period still it says to recharge

                                  I'm writing this mail with a lot of frustration and pain that sun direct customer service is not up to what it meant. So let me tell you the problem I'm facing. I recharged my DTH with "Tamil DPO Pack 1" for 3 months I did it using Paytm which cost me around 550 change. And I added some Hindi ala-cart channels which cost me around 90 Rupees. After a day of recharge, not even a single channel telecasted. I can't able to...

                                  I am karthik my sun dth id : [protected] with registered mobile number [protected] connection in the name of karthik, our complaint regarding sun dth is cheating us our recharged amount this month 13/02/2019 we have recharged amount 200 for Tamil Dpo Papck 1 its coast Rs.199 after that we have recharged Rs.30 and Rs.10 with my existing balance Rs.17 For add five hd channels requested (SunTV HD, Star Vijay HD, Anmal Planet HD, Fox HD, FYI HD) after debiting the amount of Rs.50 they have activated only one HD chanel other all chanels normal we raised the complaint regarding this this to wrong add on in sun dth complaint no:SR[protected] till now they are not rectifying the issue star vijay already is avilable in my DP Base Pack same channel they have charged again now denying to activate for add on star vijay HD forcing to recharge it again with GST kindly requesting you do the needfull for extra charges and wrong add on channel refund or reactivation with HD Channels and also when ever recharge to sun dth with GST again they are debiting GST in the main balance after detuction, the main balance shows in the app.

And now i'm not able to purchase any channels bas it is asking for a password about which i have no idea. There is no place where i can change or know this password. Triedcalling their servicecentre from last 3 days and its of no use. They dont even pick up the phone.. Dont reply to mails.. Always busy.. These people have the worst after sale service.                                     I did recharge to other dth (smart card no.[protected]), there's already one pack is active on that account, I did recharge with my debit card, can I get refund of amout that recharge done to other smart card account? please provide details how can I get refund,
                                    They are charging high like just to recharge 18% GST will be deducted and even after recharging 18% money will be deducted from the balance. And also there's no customer support to contact them.
                                    On 09/02/2019 I recharged Sundirect DTH number [protected] amount of 280 I done recharge two times but still Box showing no signal, I tried to call 100 times customer care they are useless and unresponsive very worst service team please do resolve this issue and refund my amount .

                                    Yesterday I reachared my sun direct a/C but still not activated my channel.if calling to sun direct no one answer the call.kindly activated my channel.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have made a selection of channels and made two payments of 154 rs, one on 16th feb 2019 and 17th feb 2019, and till today the activation is not done, despite continuous attempt to speak to customer care service by phone calls, chat through the app and having being sent emails, no one has attended so far, and till today the account remains inactive

                                      Very delay in attending call im trying yo recharge since 3 days which is not happing i did online payment as well and tried calling call center no body bother to respond to the call coustmer care service is very poor
