But services not renewed called up customer care not helped.
They dont even want to check with finance team cash recived or not complaint closed with out doing any thing.
Its one of the horrible customer care in the universe.
Pls dont choose any type of services.

I am a subscriber of sundirect.in. My current package is telugu dpo 2 package basic.
I chose and paid for star india hindi telugu premium 2, bennet coleman bouquet 3, etv hd family pack two days ago. Service not activated yet. Their 24x7 customer care numbers do not answer 24x7.
I sent e-mails to their listed mail addresses several times, tweeted many times, only to get a formatted ' regret inconvenience' message....

unable to see channels even after recharge and no one answers from customer care to nodal officers

I have recharged 3 days back back and i have not received any channels. I have called customer care and nodal officers. There is no response and no one answers the phone. Already 3-4 days are over, there is no value for the recharge. And no one responds. Why is it that no one responds any of the customer care numbers and even nodal officers numbers? How to contact sun direct?? This is terrible service....

regarding dividend on shares

I held up 69 equity shares of sun tv, on which dividend was declared
Rs. 12.50/- per share. Which has total value 69*12.50 = 862.50

But today i received a sms of rs. 172.50/- only for dividend.

The exact value of the dividend is rupees 862.50/- for 69 shares which i held right now.

I haven't received the exact amount.

Can you help me with this?...

We have been activated pack till 7/4/2019.. But some channels have been stopped. When i called up customer service i have been informed due to trai regulation act service has been disconnected.
Without any info customer care call has been disconnected.. Its been very tough to reach them again.

worst call centre ever
