Sun Direct — Recharge done twice want a refund

I have recharged recharge for 3 months of 630 for telugu dpo pack 1. When I made a recharge first it says recharge failed, saying retry payment and again I recharged it in some other platform it is done and a message saying money is deducted for recharge for first one. What to do now when I asked Amazon they say contact the operator as the recharge done successful . Kindly refund my payment or do the recharge for my other sun direct account for second recharge
