Hi

I have been informed to change my STB to get all channels which I am paying for.
A lot of the channels are showing no signal and when I enquired in your office they said stb should be changed.

The old stb should be given to them and new stb has to be collected for a price of Rs. 700/- .

I don't understand the system. I paid for the whole connection including stb while getting sun dth...

Account balance problem

I recharged my account through phone pay, money had beeen debited from my account, but balance is not reflected in my sun direct account...

Add on also stopped telecasting

Alacarte also stopped telecasting when main tamil packs are expired but I have paid alacarte more moths beyond the expiry date of main tamil packs DPO 2A, there is no warning about that when I recharge for alacarte, moreover there is no pickup of single channels less than a month then what I do, we have select one or more than one month but it is not possible to consider the main tamil packs of DPO, so my money is waste if I going to recharge...

Many more channels are not available on Sun Direct DTH Platform So I complaining about this issue

I has already been requested regarding new channels adding on Sun Direct DTH from 2years but Customer care advisors, nodal officers Didn't hear any of my requests.
Many more channels are not available on Sun Direct DTH Platform. I requested for adding new channels again & again.But not available any channels on my request.

Recharge done twice want a refund

I have recharged recharge for 3 months of 630 for telugu dpo pack 1. When I made a recharge first it says recharge failed, saying retry payment and again I recharged it in some other platform it is done and a message saying money is deducted for recharge for first one. What to do now when I asked Amazon they say contact the operator as the recharge done successful . Kindly refund my payment or do the recharge for my other sun direct account...

Recharge twice by mistake

I had recharged sun direct for my friend on 25/03/2021 10:22am through amazon pay, then money deducted from account. After this i checked my amazon, then it shows like " your transaction failed" so i leave the app, because they said about a refund about the lost money. After that, i recharge the same sun direct account using Google Pay, then it got succesed. Now after this all incident, i checked amazon pay for the refund, then it shows that...

Sun direct big fraud company

On 10th march 2021 I have made a DTH recharge of 993rs/- plan through BHIM SBI PAY app recharge showing successful but recharge benefits not credited in to my account, then I went to retailer shop on 15th March 2021 and made a recharge of 993rs/- Telugu dpo pack 1.
10th March 2021 recharged money neither recharge benefits credited nor refunded even I contacted SBI team and they're saying "transaction was successfully from our side...

I have reached my card using Paytm which has been deducted from the account but it's not updated

My last of the card of 997 rupees has been expired on 17 March 2021. On 18 March 2021 I recharged the same pack of 997 rupees using my Paytm Account. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from the account instantly but it was seen the amount has not been credited to the card even after 24 hours of recharging. The card number is [protected]. I even contacted the customer care service but the response was not satisfactory....

Recharged twice but no refund

Hi, I have recharged for 199 rs. It got debited from my account. But recharge status was failure, so I recharged again. But for the failure recharge I did not get the refund yet. I have done this for my neighbour....
