Hi support team, I have recharged my dth on 5th april 2020, sunday evening around 6:45 pm for monthly plan ₹268. The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through net banking. Transaction reference no: 13942225. I have recharge my dth on 14 may 2023 where the transaction is successful of Rs.249 but it displays recharge is failed and my money is also debited . Kindly help me to get out of such issue . I have made the transaction from paytm.
