[Resolved]  Sun Direct — recharge failed - amount deducted

Hi support team,

I have recharged my dth on 5th april 2020, sunday evening around 6:45 pm for monthly plan ₹268.

The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through net banking. Transaction reference no: 13942225. Your phone call support is not responding. Please refund my payment and confirm me. My registered mob no: [protected].

We tried to recharge telugu 6 months plan when we reached to the number it has showen marati language pack rechargw.i request to ypu change the pack from existing language to telugu

Today, February 22, morning 10.29 a.m., I have paid Rs.659 for Sun Direct recharge. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it displays that the transaction has failed. Please refund my money back.

I have recharge my dth on 14 may 2023 where the transaction is successful of Rs.249 but it displays recharge is failed and my money is also debited . Kindly help me to get out of such issue . I have made the transaction from paytm.
