I have recharged my Sun Direct setup box on 10.04.2020, My customer ID is [protected]. I am trying to call customer care but it is not connecting from several weeks. This is the horrible service facing from Sun Direct from past one year.
Please resolve the situation

        recharge failed - amount deducted

        Hi support team,

        I have recharged my dth on 5th april 2020, sunday evening around 6:45 pm for monthly plan ₹268.

        The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through net banking. Transaction reference no: 13942225. Your phone call support is not responding. Please refund my payment and confirm me. My registered mob no: [protected]....

        Hi sundirect, We are customer since 2010 and have using 25 connection in my family, everybody wants Zee picchar, if you people are not providing by May, will shift to other network, please help us. even i can also give those 25 connection ID and required details.

        today i have spoken with Zee TV team in Bengaluru, they are requested sundirect to take there Channal Zee picchar channal, but Sundirect rejected said they will not because they have there own Movie channal. in this case, really we will wait till May, after that sshurely will shift to other provider.

              I tried to recharge with ₹277 in sundirect from the portal using the Registered mobile number. I paid the above amount . But what I got is a recharge failure message. So in turn I lost my money.What I expected was Either they should refund the money to bank account or sundirect account. But till now they have done nothing from their side. I tried cally customer care.. But could not connect with them. So now what should I do? I need my refund.

                They cut channels without intimation. After switching on the TV a particular channel will be there and after sometime the same channel would not be available.
                For eg. If I am watching a channel they cut it which is highly unethical.
                This has been happened for like 1 month.

                  Sund direct dth providers are not giving the right to chose their channels on any one of the platform i cannot add a pack on my own or i can't remove them also they are not giving any kind of options they have made their app but it won't open they made it compulsory to choose the pack they decided and we dont have any kind of freedom to choose trai says that you can add pack as much as you can and drop them according to your choice but there are no way that i can drop a channel or a pack sun direct is making people pay more and get less channels by creating their own packs so i suggest to see in to this.

                  I have recharged my sundirect on today. The payment was done in Gpay and payment was successful and in sundirect app its showing failed. I have attached screenshot for your reference.

                      Today am recharged my sundth through my paytm amount f 219.its show successful. But so far it not received in my dth.My sundth remain the old balance.my dish no [protected].
                      I had used Sun Direct Android application for recharging my account for ₹200. The payment method i used was UPI and i used Google Pay for the recharge. The amount was debited from my account and is not reflected on my Sun Direct account. I tried calling the customer care of Sun Direct and they told me to contact Google Pay.

                      I have recharged hindi pack and it shows reserved smartcard return code.
                      I called ur customer centre, instead of telling solution they are holding my phone for 2-3 min and rejected. It happened 6-7 time in 1hr. Look at those bastrds teach them how to interact.
                      We paid for sun direct before a week it worked for few days, but after four days it isn't working.
                      The sun direct cable preson who took money for placing is saying it's not his problem. And he said we must report it somewhere else
                      Plz plz zee picchar channel add to sun direct and help to all sun direct people and me

                        e32-4 temporarily blocked my card

                        I have recharged my sun direct on march 29th 2020;till after noon 3 o clock i have not got service of viewing channels.. I have tried to reach customer care and sent mails to sun direct but i have got very poor response... I have not got any reply from them... Such a poor customer service... Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible. My smart card number is[protected] and contact number is [protected]...

                        28.03.2020 my sun direct plan got expired so that i have done 258rs recharge, 30 minute's channels played but suddenly got massage that my sun direct plan expired i got shock. So again i have done 258rs recharge but no use. Next day i have contacted customer care they advised to 258rs recharge so again i have done 258rs recharge my account but no use, also the customer care service not providing proper solutions to customers. They are cheating our money.

                          I have done sundirect recharge through online payment with my sbi debit card on 28/03/2020 twice in a row for rs. 219/- each. I have recharged on behalf of my aunt smt. Prasannakumari who provided me the smc/ csdn no: [protected] in which the recharge is made. After sometime she called me & said that smc/ csdn no: was wrong & the correct smc/ csdn is [protected]. Please cancel the recharge made on the smc/ csdn no: [protected] & transfer it to smc/ csdn no[protected].

                              channels not active after recharge

                              Yesterday morning i recharged for rupees 300 till now channels are not active i tried calling customer service they are not responding
                              The channels are displaying like blank

                              In this situation what should i do
                              Only channel number 102 is active
