[Resolved] Sun Direct — refund of double recharge | |||
I am a sun direct customer. I have recharged with malayalam dpo pack on 1st april 2020. Since the initial recharge was found as failure, i did recharge for the second time. But i later found that money was deducted from my account twice. I request you to kindly refund the amount of first recharge. The customer care centres are not attending the phonecall. I have already registered a complaint regarding this in the online portal. My complaint reference no : sr[protected]. Request you to kindly take needful action as soon as possible. Hi, I have recharged for 199 rs. It got debited from my account. But recharge status was failure, so I recharged again. But for the failure recharge I did not get the refund yet. I have done this for my neighbour.

Hi I have recharged with 329 rs .the money has been deducted from mine account but the recharge was unsuccessful so I tried again then again mine money was deducted by recharge was unsuccessful please refund my total rs 329+329=658.i have done my recharge from sundirect website
