    Don, t use sun direct they are big cheaters
    I am using sundirect from long back from 4 years.
    At staring i haven't noticed the cheating done by them but if we observe carefully. The amount we recharged is tax deducted twice.
    First when we recharge after deducting tax remaining amount is credited into the wallet and again while subscribing a pack they will deduct tax.
    How they can deduct tax two times.
    Just adding money to the wallet doesn't mean subscription of the pack. But they are deducting tax on that. How they can deduct

        285 rupees they are not providing kannada channels..
        You people are subscribed tamil telugu channels..
        Thrice i caled to customer care no body is supporting they are asking and listening story..
        Why not supporting you people?

        Shall i give money (Lancha) to your people to do subscribtion kannada channels

        Please do subscribe kannada channels and remove other language channels immediately.

          I had been recharged my account by 12th April 4.30pm still not my channels are not activated and contacted many times to customer care but nothing is replied and no solutions they are given.Sundirect live chat never working .worst then what I say .

            Address: Sun direct kerala.

            My smart card num is [protected], from kerala. I have contacted the customer service thrice to change my pack after recharging with full amount. For the first time at 1.00 pm on 14/4/20 later two times at 7.45 and 9.45 respectively. No favourable action was taken. For the last call the representative even cut the call with out telling atleast a definite time for the resolution. Very very bad response after making us paid.

            They are doing poor customer service and thier customer care executives are seriously telling wrong update like server problem like that .. poor poor

                Sun direct TV recharged on 09/04/2020 through Google pay, amount RS:219.
                The amount debited from my Google Pay account but the recharge was no done. It said that it may take maximum 3 days to reflect this. But after this nothing happened.

                  I made the payment for my sundirect DTH account through phonepe on april 3rd 2020 and i received the confirmation of payment through phonepe but I dint get any confirmation from sundirect . Im not recieving the services since then .Kindly confirm the payment and provide the services .

                  Further I raised a complaint reharding the same but there was no response but I recieved a message saying the issue has been resolved. I tried contacting the customer care several times but there was no response.

                  Its more than 10 days and i except a response from your side and a solution as soon as possible.

                    Channels are coming. But video and audio not coming. It's showing an error "Viewing is temporarily blocked". My smart card number is [protected] The issue is continuing for a day. I called customer care many times. They are saying that it will be resolved in 2 hours. But didn't resolved. How long I have to wait for this? Kindly do the needful to resolve this.

                      I recharged my sun direct card by sun direct app through Google pay but the money has been debited from the bank and in sun direct app they mentioned it as failed and you will get your money back. But still I didn't got it back and there is no proper customer care service even.

                              Hi i am using sun direct since 2014, but all of a sudden just during the lockdown i am not getting any channels error message shown (E42-e52) and also e32. Called up customer care of sun direct several times and they confirmed having raised a complaint and sending technician but no response after that and till date i have not received any complaint no from their end.
                              My surprise is i have never faced this issue before and would like to know whether it is shut down in kolkata on purpose (Since i reside in kolkata). I am not able to view any news channel as no signal available. I want to escalate to the appropriate authority above sun direct. Kindly let me know the escalation matrix as i will forward my email already sent to sun direct
