[Resolved] Sun Direct — relocation different house' | |||
I submit a request to customer care for relocation installation in my new house in gujarat, but none of the representative attend my compliant but sun dish message me that they already resolved my compliant, i give two time request for relocation but no response from the company side or the technician side and the customer care team is not ready to hear my issue also How can slice this issues? Called customer service 4 times, they told me to wait for 2 hours, 2 days completed no change in current status.reacharged also.sent mail to customer care, no response.still showing "E133-4 service is currently scrambled".my card number is [protected] and I reinstalled.
