I have recharged wrong smart card number [protected] (Satheeshbabu) which we have surrendered. Please transfer recharge amount to new smart card number [protected] (Parvathy)
Rmn *9932 for both smart card numbers.
I recharged for 3 months tamil dpo 2 pack for rs. 639 amount on 28.01.2020.
Kindly transfer the recharge amount to the existing smart card no *395. Please do the needful.

Complaint marked as Resolved Chat support and toll free customer support were not helpful they keep saying that they cannot do anything and they didn't understand my issue properly.later Raised a complaint in sundirect dth website and also here. I gave correct reference no for my transaction and they transferred the amount to my smart card. Thanks Sun Direct Team.
