My name is p. Tirumala rao. My amount was debited on my bank account. But my recharge is not updated. Please respond as quickly as possible. I informed to sundirect customer care. I didn't get any response from them. Please make it fast. Hope you understand the problem.

    Respected sir,
    Today (04.02.2020) afternoon 3.02 p. M i have recharged my dth smart card (Card no. [protected]) through indian post payment bank mobile application (Ippb app) recharge amount is rs 380 (Rupees three hundred and eighty only) the recharge amount is debited in my account but my t. V does n't show any channels so i called for our customer care toll free number in today 3.07 p. M that time mr. Shanmugam can pick my call i have explained all the things about recharge but mr. Shanmugam not properly answered and argued and also blamed for me. But sir original recharge amount is one rupee greater than plan amount and i have requested to change them in to my old plan. For your reference please visit my account of recharging but he will not accepted and not properly answered my doubts about validity. After successful recharging channel is not shown till now. So please take the necessary action for the problem sir.

      Please note i have made recharge on 02.02.20 for rs 230/- the same has been activated for tamil dpo instead telugu. And, the issue i have discussed with customer care representative (Naveen). However, problem not solved.

      Worst service and they are looting money from public like any thing.

        I have to receive a payment reference form sundirect they have not even provided the payment reference, unless they prove I didnt check with my bank. What a fraud they are. Not even contacted after multiple calls and emails. Customer care is not supportive. They simply close the tickets without mentioning any comments. My complaint number is CW[protected]

          I have recharged wrong smart card number [protected] (Satheeshbabu) which we have surrendered. Please transfer recharge amount to new smart card number [protected] (Parvathy)
          Rmn *9932 for both smart card numbers.
          I recharged for 3 months tamil dpo 2 pack for rs. 639 amount on 28.01.2020.
          Kindly transfer the recharge amount to the existing smart card no *395. Please do the needful.

          Chat support and toll free customer support were not helpful they keep saying that they cannot do anything and they didn't understand my issue properly.later Raised a complaint in sundirect dth website and also here. I gave correct reference no for my transaction and they transferred the amount to my smart card. Thanks Sun Direct Team.

            signal strength and quality

            Atleast every 2 months, sundirect stops working due to signal issue and when raising complaint, will send some technician to fix this. He charges 150 for each visit. This seems to be definitely a fraudulent activity as this happens so frequently. We are paying to view channels and also in addition for getting signal. When checked they informed 150 will be charged only once a month. So, since it's every 2 month, have to pay....

            Paid full year membership per order id : sbnhxymh0n9i transaction id [protected] on may 2019. However after just 2-3 months not able to see any content on my mobile. The customer service team is not taking complaints on phone and sending a mail to their customer care number is not getting any response. The most unprofessional service ever. Just save your money and do not buy sun nxt products. The sun tv management should be ashamed of leeching money from customers to promote their politics.

              We are using sun direct. I recently recharged my sun direct with base plane on 6/1/20. But till now (12/1/20) they are not giving the channels. I called them they are saying that we are processing it. The customer service people are cutting the call in between the talk. And they are demanding to do recharge one day before the plane exist. To don't get this type of problem. And they are saying that we can't compliant any one on it. So you should take sever action on them.

                not able select any fta channels in my fta list

                I have base pack my fta subscribed.in that only dd channels are selected by default. I am getting error in both website/sundirect android app while selecting channels in the fta list.
                I am trying to select all kannada free to air channels but getting error.
                This has been notified to customer care. But useless information i got.
                Please resolve this asap. I am not able to watch any fta channels for which i paid rs.153...

                I am not receiving some of the telugu channels such as t news v6 channel, and 10 tv svbc channel in sundirect network from 3 month though i paid rs. 360/- package. When i spoke this matter with their customer care they told it is a technical problem. However my problem has not yet resolved so far. Kindly help me in this regard.

                I recharged my dish on[protected] with the rupees 285 ( two hundred and eighty five) than i called customer care three times they were not solved my problem.
                Please do activate the plan .I approached to my bank they confirmed that the payment was done through NET BANKING from my account.

                  amount debited and recharged but not reflected in my account

                  Have recharged my dth through sun direct app rs 100 for add on some extra channels.. Money was debited through google pay and amount not reflected in my account.. I called customer care too but they are not responding well.. And some one said it will take more than 3 hours i don't understand why it's take too much time reflect in our account... I want to get it recharge now else i want my money back...

                    Service wont get resume after recharge, it takes minimum a day to get refresh and back to normal,

                    Problem is they consider the date of recharge during billing instead date of service.

                    Failing to provide the service is first mistake then charging for that day with no service is 2nd mistake,

                    Will you please take this complaint forward and put some fine on them...

                      I have been notified by Sun direct to recharge my package. I also recharged my package but a scrolled message got permanently embedded on my picture stating that " Your sun direct expires in 3 days, recharge with tamil DPO so and soo..." this scrolled message appears in all channels for the past more than 2 weeks after my recharge. Picture in all channel appears but I cant make the scroll message to disappear.

                      Contacted customer care and it was very worst experience and irritated me like anything. Now they say that you are using old set top box and it needs replacement and asking me to pay 500 rs for that. If so they should have informed me before recharge but they are telling me this after i recharge for 1 yr. Either i need them to replace it for free or refund my recharged amount as channels are displayed with the current set top box ([protected])

                        money deducted recharge not done

                        I recharged for rs 219 (Smart card [protected]) malayalam dpo pack on 08/12/2019 morning 7.46am by sundirect app choosing upi via google pay. The google pay transaction was successful but the amount was not reflected in transaction history of my sundirect account and recharge was also not done. As usual the customer care of sundirect begun to say about 3 hours window period, after couple of three hours they have changed the duration to 24...

                        On my recent recharge i noticed that 18% of gst is deducted and on only 82% of the recharge amount is reflected in the available balance. However, while subscribing to fta channels and other channels in addition to subscription charges, the sun direct is collecting gst again (Subscription charge +18% gst). This amounts to double taxation (A total of 36% gst).

                        Request to look at this double taxation practice as the company may be wrongly charging all consumers and cheating the government and consumers on tax collection.
