My set top box is not working properly, so i am informed to your customer care on 04.06.2019, But today is changed the set top box and payment is Rs.650/- received your technician, but customer care executive is tell me set top box replacing on Rs.200/- and technician charges Rs.150/- total Rs.350 payment at the time of installing the set top box both are agree.
But today is installing set top box but payment of Rs.650/- What is the reason??
My child is that time in my house.
Then old set top box is caring with technician, my child have told sun direct technician please return back the old set top box, he is not agree, then we will talk to your Customer care but i don't under stand the language i am tel him please contact your senior but not response properly.
My question is old set top box return back immediately and the above .payment is more than discussed with customer care of sun direct
