top up for sun direct card amount not credited

I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹199 on[protected] through sun direct apk by BHIM app the transition ID is[protected] on 08 Jun at 05.18 hrs . The money has been deducted from my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not cedited to the sundirect till now. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible...

But my plan was not renewed. I have already contacted sun direct customer care a dozen times. Still no proper response from them. Also I have been cheated by renewing my account for one day by debiting rs.10 from my sun direct account. Kindly take necessary action...

I try to complaint my sun direct is not working properly. Only one or two channels are coming. Recharge is done. But channels are not coming and I am trying from one week to call customer care. I have done the payment of rs. 2779 (Kannada base pack for 1 year) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app
The amount is credited to upi id citruspay@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.

With the above prompt. Display advertising channel is being successfully broadcasting. But other channels are not broadcasting. Sundirect contact numbers are not connecting. If i contact regional sunshine centre they suggested to change the dsr by paying 700/- and services charges extra. We have replaced the dsr recently....

It has been an year since the below complaint raised by me, and the issue again started exactly after an year. Set top box (Smart card number: [protected]; box model: k[protected]) started giving a message of ota upgradation and will restart automatically. Every 10 sec the software updation massage appears on screen and for another 10 minutes updation will run and after 10 sec again the massage o[censored]pdation will appear. Its been 10 days now...

screwed update

Today morning around 8:40am there was some auto update happened, now every thing screwed 90% of channels gone. Mostly auto search happens for considerable seconds now when we give auto search it closes before full search. I am not saying its also not visible in menu its also not displaying in tv all (All channel in one menu) instead of 212 channels now showing may be below60. Useless stupid screw up update. Now instead of solving they say...
