Hi,
The worst service by sundirect. I have recharged first with base pack and not all channels are broadcasting. Im trying to watch news channels but E52 error is showing on the screen. Im keep on trying to connect customer care om Saturday and sunday. As no one is picking the call or sometimes the call is denying automatically. This is not right service giving to the customers. And im planning to switch to another DTH. I dont want to waste my money.The other DTHs are far better than sun direct.

    I recharged 322 rs using my sun Direct app amount was deducted from my bank account but my sun Direct monthly subscription was not recharged. I have given complaint to customer service 2 times but they are not doing my problem instead sending g me problem resolved sms. My Sun Direct number is [protected]R.       I recharged sundirect dish yesterday through my sun direct app.
      I subscribed telugu dpo1 which is rs 212
      And paid it through phone pe app and transaction details showed that i subscribed the telugu dpo 1 plan and my money is also deducted from my account

      When i switch on the tv, it showed to recharge and my recharge is not done and. There is no activation message to registered number since yesterday. I called customer care number several times no response and i mailed them and sent several chat messages still there is no reply
      Please do resolve the problem and activate our dish as soon as possible

          I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹199 on[protected] through sun direct apk by BHIM app the transition ID is[protected] on 08 Jun at 05.18 hrs . The money has been deducted from my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not cedited to the sundirect till now. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible

            My Sun direct number is [protected]. My HD Dpo 2 pack validity ended on June 4, 2019. I recharged my number on June 1(4.58pm). Rs.379 was immediately debited from my bank account. But my plan was not renewed. I have already contacted sun direct customer care a dozen times. Still no proper response from them. Also I have been cheated by renewing my account for one day by debiting rs.10 from my sun direct account. Kindly take necessary action against them & resolve this problem.

                I placed an order for a new connection but no response since 48 hrs.

                Customer care is very much unprofessional in answering the calls and replying to the customers.

                Sun direct authorized representative no: [protected] has never bothered to attend the call nor reply to any messages.

                Very worst customer support in Chennai.

                Planned to opt out the new connection. Better prefer and stay with other dth connections.

                I recharge sundirect via BHIM upi for rs154 & 200 the status was successful but sundirect was not recharged and my amount was not loaded to sundirect wallet,

                    sun direct customer care not working

                    I have done the payment of rs. 2779 (Kannada base pack for 1 year) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app
                    The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

                    Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.

                        With the above prompt. Display advertising channel is being successfully broadcasting. But other channels are not broadcasting. Sundirect contact numbers are not connecting. If i contact regional sunshine centre they suggested to change the dsr by paying 700/- and services charges extra. We have replaced the dsr recently....

                        It has been an year since the below complaint raised by me, and the issue again started exactly after an year. Set top box (Smart card number: [protected]; box model: k[protected]) started giving a message of ota upgradation and will restart automatically. Every 10 sec the software updation massage appears on screen and for another 10 minutes updation will run and after 10 sec again the massage o[censored]pdation will appear. Its been 10 days now neither it is getting upgraded nor working fine.

                        When the same issue faced by us last year (Can find the complaint details in the trailing mail), software updation was stopped after the complaint and there was no issue and stb is working fine till this month. And now the same issue started again as mentioned above. When we contacted the customer care service on [protected] and local technician, getting the same old answer cum resolution by them that "please purchase another set top box @rs.499/- and technician charges of rs.150/-"
                        Kindly confirm us the "customer mistake" to pay these additional charges as we have not requested for any software updation from my end.

                        Now confirm me why should i pay rs.650/- for another set-top box where there is no mistake of mine
                        1. Because of the ota push form the backend the technical error occured and now the box is not working untill then which was working fine
                        2. I have not asked for any upgradation on my existing set-top box
                        3. There is no intimation regarding ota upgradation and no one asked me whether upgradation required or not

                        Without my intimation without my knowledge sun direct company has pushed some ota upgrdation to the set-top box due to which the set-top box is not working now and asking me to purchase another set-top box.

                        Please resolve the issue immediately as it already caused a lot of inconvenience

                            I want to opt my channels as per my wish in sun direct. But the are providing some packages in that package we are getting tamil channels too i need only telugu chanels only instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount. Your rule says that the facility should be provided from april1, 2019. Even i spoke sun direct customer care too they say we have to recharge packages which include tamil channels which is waste of money for us.                             Please take some strict action to implement the rules. The initiative taken by you is very good step. However we fear that trai is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Hope that trai will do something regarding this.

                                i have recharged yesterday(28.05.2019) Rs.230 for my sun direct dth .my smart card no .[protected], and registered mobile no.[protected], payment done.but still not recharged ...why?.
                                here i submitted the all transaction details so please verify and do the needful.

                                  I recharged sundirect dish yesterday through my sun direct app.
                                  I subscribed telugu dpo1 which is rs 212
                                  And paid it through debit card and transaction details showed that i subscribed the telugu dpo 1 plan and my money is also deducted from my account

                                  When i switch on the tv, it showed to recharge and my recharge is not done and. There is no activation message to registered number since yesterday. I called customer care number several times no response and i mailed them and sent several chat messages still there is no reply
                                  Please do resolve the problem and activate our dish as soon as possible
