[Resolved] Sun Direct — signal error

I have installed sundirect on my house. Its been 4 hours and still a dialogue box saying e017- 0 no valid sector found is displayed on th screen. Nothing else is happening. I can't watch any channels or radio. My previous connection doesn't took this much time. It had activated instantly after installation. It's taking too much time
So kindly help me to resolve the issue

Many calls after recharging the zee Telugu pack no customer care is responding plz activate zee Telugu pack plz activate my zee Telugu pack sundirect customer care also not respondinghelp me as soon as possible.

I recharged for rs 280 malayalam pack but i did not got the channel asianet whivh is in this pack
The pack viesed that it will have the same channels in the 235 rs pack with some extra channels but i cant watch the channels in 235 rs pack please give a solution

Hi, I'm using Sun direct dth. I just turned on my TV. I got a popup with this error message "E017-0 No valid sector found".

I turned off and on after sometime. I'm getting the same.

I don't know how to solve it.

Please assist me asap. Thank you!
