Sun direct dth customer service is the worst ever. I recharged today, but never got the connection back. Called customer care and i understood that they have not updated my new smart card number to my account that i have been using more than a month, bcuz of which my old smart card [protected] got recharged instead of new.
Spoke to anju, anjana, amal and sharmila in their stupid customer care... Explained that it was the problem at sun direct end and requested to move my recharge amount to new smart card... And you know what they did, all four sweetly and silently disconnected my call. Called up nodal, but they work only week days.. This little cheating of rs 583 from one customer, which will transpire multiple times with the count of people who would have faced this issue.
