[Resolved] Sun Direct — smc password not working - customer care number not getting connected for last 3 days | |||
I have a very bad experience with sundirect tv customer care system. I have been trying for last three days for smc password. Unfortunately, none of the customer care numbers is getting connected. Wonder, how such a big company can keep all their numbers idle for these many days. There is no intimation to others if they have changed their customer care numbers. Desperate to have service from such people. After all, understood that sun direct has a very bad system of customer care. Poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
