Smarcard no. [protected]

On 02-sep-2019. My basepack expired. Account balance is zero. Then i recharged with 200 rs on[protected]. No pack is activated and account balance is showing only 179 rs.

When i call customer care they said tax deducted. Without any pack how tax will be deducted.??? To confirm again i recharged with 10 rs. Now my account balance is same 179 rs.

Now customer care blocked my number...

I want sun direct T-pin my account
About 15 days back I had recharged for three months for Sundirect smart card No. [protected], but as per komarify the recharge failed and assured to refund the amount. So far the money has not been refunded to the source account. It is requested to kindly interfere and arrange to get the refund on urgent basis.

    Hi team,

    On 31st aug, around 1.55 am, i have recharged my sundirect card with number [protected] and name kvs praveen babu. The amount is rs.196/-. The recharge was done twice for telugu dpo pack since the initial recharge was failed but amount deducted. One with hdfc netbanking and the other one via paytm. This was done in the sundirect app on my mobile. After checking with customer care executive, i understand that the recharge was not updated in the sundirect system. After raising a complaint, the issue was resolved and the pack was activated. My concern here is the recharge done via paytm was activated but the other one done via hdfc net banking was deducted and not successful. Hence, request you to refund the amount since the pack is already activated via paytm. Please find attached screens for your reference.

    This is the hdfc transaction reference number-ref.[protected].

    Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I had called your customer care on 27th and changed my base pack to malayalam dpo pack 3 and added Ala carte hindi movie pack. After I disconnected the phone. It was hindi Jodi back which I didn't order. Then I called ur costomercare multiple times they told they cannot change the pack and one customer care personnel tried telling that he doesn't know English when I asked to talk to manager . Can u solve my problem

            Showing error E50-32 no service available since yesterday. When contacted sun direct office, they are asking service charge to attend. Why should i give money as it is sun direct's fault ?

              regarding channels not coming after recharge

              I have two add on packs as etv and star telugu channels the time left those packs are 17th august 2019 but from august 4th the channels are not coming i recharged my base pack on 5th base pack channels are coming but these add on packs are not coming even i try to recharge the add-ons again but it's showing pack already purchased.. I don't know what's wrong with this sun direct so many times i tried for customer support they're not even connecting...

              Today afternoon i asked customer care executive to subscribe star hindi and sony hindi pack but he subscribed both sports pack also customer care keep on holding the phone more than half an hour and even after calling 4-5 times cthey assure that channerls have been subscribed but nothing has happened also your punjab cc no not working it seems a big task to subscribe channels from sun direct very bad service at all and there is no direct complaint no where customer can talk about for the complaint

                I' would like to add my channels of my choice but it is taking to me purchase undesired channels which is none of my interest to view. Please give option to purchase own channels to the customers of their choice. Please start your service based on customer centric, but not for own. Hence i'm giving this service score is 3 /10. I am unhappy with the service and offers giving.

                Even though there is a balance in my sun direct account...when i go for recharging zee kannada add on it's showing insufficient balance...why is it soo...
                We done recharge of dth through phonepe it shows that recharge has been successfull but channels aren't coming

                  Today morning I call to customer care and enquired about plans and I asked some channel they said that that channel also come under this plan . But now I call to them they said that channel not come under this plan.
                  I have done recharge after confirming with customer care. But they saying now this not come under this plan please resolve my problem. Now I have to pay extra money for that channel but I didn’t have budget for extra . Please resolve my problem.

                    They have not responded fir the last 3 days and their customer care number is always incorrect but the advt 24*7 services bloody hell the worst customer service I have ever seen this is how they are providing the customer support

                      My c id [protected], in your website my details shown correctly. Then i have to do recharge with rs 212 telugu dpo1 pack. Where i'm going enter or select the amount i didn't show the rs 212. The others pack amounts showing by default and i have no choice to enter manually because the option was not work. So i did with rs 211 and recharge was successful. Now my problem is that pack was kannada. I need telugu pack. What should i do. Is there any choice to replace with that plan.

                      One star is much more for your customer service/support, have some sense, we are depends on you but you are, keep this in mind Sun direct. I got the same issue like pocham raju's above mentioned customer, I tried to recharge with Telugu DPO 2 but in your website as well as app both shows wrong denomination even after I personally checked as per your default packs and tried to recharge several times but the pack you pushed me to Marathi

                        smc password not working - customer care number not getting connected for last 3 days

                        I have a very bad experience with sundirect tv customer care system. I have been trying for last three days for smc password. Unfortunately, none of the customer care numbers is getting connected.

                        Wonder, how such a big company can keep all their numbers idle for these many days. There is no intimation to others if they have changed their customer care numbers.

                        We are installing new sun direct connection on[protected], as per enquiry with local vendor he told that it's a package of rs.2, 200/- paid for new connection he told 6months free with zee tv but still now zeetv not activated, i don't know what's the problem every time we are calling to local vendor he respond the phone he told iam outside the office, once check with office person after that call you back, but he doesn't call me.

                        Channels not coming.. error 017 due date is still to come n my service is deactivated.. pathetic service.. my channels also were stopped well before the due date
                        I got sundirect connection since 10 years but now a days pictures are not clear enough in all channels including HD channels also, I thought dish is old I bought 10 years back, now it's coming with black with high frequency so the picture is not clearly seen, pls solve my issue.

                            I have two accounts of sun direct network. First one account is not using due to set-up box problem and we taken another account in sun direct network.

                            Regularly/monthly we are using second account and recharging also same account.

                            I have requested many time to sun direct customer care regarding removal of my first account but they didn't responded.

                            Today i done my recharge to first account instead of second account by mistake.

                            Confused due to not removed my first account and i have tried many time to customer care number[protected]/[protected] not reachable. Please refund my money rs.591/- (Including gst)

                            Within 1 hour i was received a call from sun direct customer care. But i was busy when they called me i requested to call after 30 minutes. Now it has been 30 hours but no call ?

                            still i don't know which number will connect sun direct customer care from Hyderabad, Telangana state.

                              I had top up my sun direct [protected] on 10/6/19. Company offered 3 month validity for the same through amazon and sun direct kerala circle home page. On 4/8/19 i had called to customer care center of sun direct to add on channel. That time customer care executive inform me that my pack validity will expire on 10/8/19 instead of 10/09/2019 for that she told the reason i had failed to inform they after recharge.in their advertise there is no information about it. When i asked them they are telling unlogical technical problems.
                              Kindly take necessary action to advice sun direct company to restore the same

                                for past 2 days I am trying to recharge my sundirect DTH. everytime the trasaction is failed. Even in sundirect website also same problem. I am unable to contact customer care. The phone is discontinuing for one ring. From 3rd of August I was not getti ng ZEE TAMIL channel. And from the very nextday the other channels are also not coming. I called so many times the Customer care and I tried to recharge but no use but there is problem it seems. No number is not working. The tollfree numbers are also not working and I am getting server unreachable. What's wrong with SUN DIRECT.

                                  Top up made by me for rs.230 basic pack and for rs.25 for activating etv cinema maa music and puthiya thalaimurai tamil news but only puthiya thalaimurai is visible. Etv cinema and maa music not visible. Last month add on done for etv cinema and maa music done on 29.6. This month i added puthiya thalaimurai in addition to the above. On 26.7. The shopkeeper all the above three will be visible this month. Pl do the needful. Shopkeeper might have cheated me.
