Then I called ur costomercare multiple times they told they cannot change the pack and one customer care personnel tried telling that he doesn't know English when I asked to talk to manager . regarding channels not coming after recharge

I have two add on packs as etv and star telugu channels the time left those packs are 17th august 2019 but from august 4th the channels are not coming i recharged my base pack on 5th base pack channels are coming but these add on packs are not coming even i try to recharge the add-ons again but it's showing pack already purchased.. I don't know what's wrong with this sun direct so many times i tried for customer support they're not even connecting...

unable to customize and select channels

I' would like to add my channels of my choice but it is taking to me purchase undesired channels which is none of my interest to view. Please give option to purchase own channels to the customers of their choice. Please start your service based on customer centric, but not for own. Hence i'm giving this service score is 3 /10. regarding plan

Today morning I call to customer care and enquired about plans and I asked some channel they said that that channel also come under this plan . But now I call to them they said that channel not come under this plan.
I have done recharge after confirming with customer care. But they saying now this not come under this plan please resolve my problem. Now I have to pay extra money for that channel but I didn’t have budget for extra...

They have not responded fir the last 3 days and their customer care number is always incorrect but the advt 24*7 services bloody hell the worst customer service I have ever seen this is how they are providing the customer support

reg- wrong recharge

I have two accounts of sun direct network. First one account is not using due to set-up box problem and we taken another account in sun direct network.

Regularly/monthly we are using second account and recharging also same account.

I have requested many time to sun direct customer care regarding removal of my first account but they didn't responded.

Today i done my recharge to first account instead...
