[Resolved]  Sun Direct — to reverse the recharge transaction wrongly entered

Address:100/3, 4A, Sheshadri Nilaya,, 11th Main, Honasandra, Begur road, Bommanahalli, 560068

The recharge was done through sd app for an existing pack at inr 2449/- by mistake as the actual amount details was not displayed in the payment page where the debit card details were to be entered.

I request the authority concerned to kindly reverse the transaction as the particulars and info provided was not clear during payment.
