One of the worst customer service, i never seen like this till now, please provide proper training to your customer service executives before placed to work, and also worst materials for making antena, set of box, please improve their quality,
And one thing defenetly i am going to remove sundirect dish from home after the current pack ending time, sorry to say the above things but you should improve this kind of things

    My sun direct no. [protected], is not working since a week the concern person whose mobile no is [protected] came inspected an a set top boxed to be changed but still when i call him he says out of stock. I have just installed this 2 months back, i am totally not happy by your service where i have to go to my neighbors house to watch world cup.

    Kindly do the needfull as soon as possible.

      Sundirect :[protected], mudfort, secunderabad. Recharged rs.759.00 on. 22/6/19 4 days before expiry date. Signal non receipt complaint lodged on line on 30/6/2019 with sr[protected]. Reply msg received with “service engineer name mr srinath reddy mob:[protected] immediately.” he has demanded rs.150/- towards service charge. Since i have already paid rs.759/- for providing three months service, i objected and raised a complaint to customer care as well as [protected]@sundirect.in.

      Request expedite restoration of services or return my amount rs.759/- for not providing services in order to shift to the new service provider in the absence of your services.

        Hi...
        I topped up with rs. 329/- by changing the plan dpo1 (Telugu) to
        Dpo3 (Telugu) today at 7 am; cdsn no. [protected]/cr-id: cr-1374506 & the transaction id is 3677965.
        It may be due to some error instead of dpo3 (Telugu) pack, tamil might have been selected. Therefore, kindly see in to the matter and see that the recharge is changed to dpo3 (Telugu).

          I recharge 230 rupees of tamil dpo2 pack after 2 years of gap and tv screen was showing error 100. I complaint about that in sun direct customer care. They told 'your complaint was register and within 48 hours you can get call'. After 3 days of complaint registration no one call me. I am so unhappy with sun direct network. My card no is [protected]

            Iam customer of sun direct last one year..I have recharge to one year plan 3, 210/- on December/15/2018..but I received from your sun direct message today is last day...I called customer care in sun direct but he says March 2019 government was changed recharge rules then your package was end..once you're thinking these is correct service to customer..I have recharged in December 2018 but government change the rules March 2019..who is responsible I have pay in 12 months but your service is only 6 months.iam not satisfied your service please solve the problem..and give me 12 months validity.. please resolve the my problem..

              This is related to right to see act. I have subscription to see the channel no 502. But in reality it showing as please contact to our call center to activate. But it is always not working when ever contact with toll number [protected] or [protected]
              Channels vedios not playing/displaying . While channels lists are displaying . Even demo channel also not playing

                Cdsn number [protected]. Since installation more than a month ago, i have had to complain about not receiving subscribed channels around 10 times. Each time a technician attends to the problem after two days, it works for two days and then again become defective. There appears to be a basic technical issue that sun direct is hiding from the customer. Unfortunate that i selected this dtv. Will change over soon and advice others to do so if there is no improvement.

                  If we need to recharge through a-la-carte, its a two step process.
                  First we need to add some amount and then do the recharge.

                  When ever the amount is added they charge a gst amount. And again gst will be charged when i am actually charging a channel with the amount added.

                  So if want a add a channel though ala carte i need to pay the gst twice.
                  A direct charge option is not given.

                  This has happened 3-4 times

                    to reverse the recharge transaction wrongly entered

                    The recharge was done through sd app for an existing pack at inr 2449/- by mistake as the actual amount details was not displayed in the payment page where the debit card details were to be entered.

                    I request the authority concerned to kindly reverse the transaction as the particulars and info provided was not clear during payment.

                    I want to opt my channels as per my wish in sun direct. But the are providing some packages in that package we are getting tamil channels too i need only telugu chanels only instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount. Your rule says that the facility should be provided from april1, 2019. Even i spoke sun direct customer care too they say we have to recharge packages which include tamil channels which is waste of money for us.                     Please take some strict action to implement the rules. The initiative taken by you is very good step. However we fear that trai is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Hope that trai will do something regarding this.

                      I have done sundirect recharge using tez(Google pay) amount got deducted but recharge was not successful later I tired to recharge using debit card again amount was deducted but there was no recharge done. Could you look into the issue.

                        My Smart Card Number is [protected] and my mobile number is [[protected]]. Actually I was recharged with Rs 212 on 7th June 2019 through Sundirect website with UPI (Googlepay). But Still I did not get the activation of my account and amount got deducted from my bank.

                        Called multiple times to customer care to convey same thing with transaction id. When I called to customer care they were created complaints behalf of me and these are the complaint ids (SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected].
                        I got the same response from SUNDIRECT through text message and it contains "your complaint [number] is resolved as AMOUNT NOT CREDITED to your satisfaction." for all above complaints.
                        One of your customer care member asked me to send my bank statement.

                            I am user of sun dth ([protected]) for the past 7 years and also I am using sun NXT app from it's introduction because it's included plan on one year sun dth subscription. But after changing the dth scheme by train . I am not able to access sun NXT app through I am recharged for a one year subscription. I am complaint this issue to sun network for the past one and half month. Lot of mail and phone calls are getting from those people. But still my complaint is not cleared and I am not able to use that app. Pls clear that issue as soon as possible.

                              Yesterday I have recharged a pack of sun direct through sundirect app and paid money through phonepe, money has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done.When I contacted customer service, they said that money has not credited into their account.And they said to wait for 24 hours, but still now I can't find any resolution to the problem.Even the customer care number is not working.

                                I have recharged few Tamil channels, HD channels for one month, but those channels are not accessible for me. The recharge was done on[protected] one month pack ) but the expiry date for that is[protected] . Recharge was selective but DPO 1 package is activated. I tried calling the service centre its never available. One month comprises of 30/31 days and not just 16 days .
                                kindly look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible I would like to either receive a refund because chosen channels are not being telecasted and its not for a full month.

                                  I use Sun direct DTH SD service. Recently I got an error message says that "Smart card failure". I called the customer care and they created the complaint (SR[protected] and assigned the technician. The technician has called and enquired about the issue and he said it is required to change the complete setup box even if the smart card doesn't works. There is no smart card stock available though he forced me to change the setup box. But I denied and asked for the smart card. Technician has closed the request without providing the solution. Later I got call from Customer care asking for the feedback and I informed the case. They said will create one more complaint. But they didn't do that.
                                  Later I called customer care for the support and requested to assign a different technician to resolve this, rather than the previously assigned technician those who resolve the complaint by not even checking the equipment. But the same technician has assigned again.
                                  He called me and repeated the same words even without checking the equipment. I denied again his service.
                                  My question is why sun direct cannot provide the Smart card after they sell the product to customer. They claim that they stop manufacturing smart card type set up box, so they cannot provide the Smart card.
                                  As a service provider they should provide the after service and spare parts.
                                  If not this is violation of consumer rights.
                                  I Request to create a formal complaint on this and provide the refunding for that days the service was not available and for the time I lost to follow up this case.

                                    I had ordered online and paid online for the new connection since the portal said same day connection but than, nearby dealer called and claimed that he does not have stock since ordered online and only they will give same day if ordered through them, and need to wait for two to three days. Even the Engineer delayed the installation in-spite of waiting for 3 days.So since I did not get the connection on the expected dates I need cancellation and refund of the money and also take disciplinary action against the dealer nearby (M/s. Manaswini Enterprises, chandrashekar who said that only ordered through them would get the same day connection)and also Sundirect portal where they have updated wrongly.

                                      We have opted for 1 yearly subscription but now in 6 months its says subscription is over.When I spoke to their customer care regarding this they did not give me any solution and they are least bothered about customer. An even one customer care executive asked me to take legal action.

                                      These guys asked us to opt for 1 year package now not even responding properly as the connection got disconnected.

                                      Worst service and feeling cheated.
