Here i requested you please take necessary action about sun direct tv pvt ltd chennai i made a recharge request of rs 910 on 1 dec 2019 with reference to the number my smart card number [protected] many times i made call to sundirect customer care they are telling that recharge request is not received so recharge is not done every time same answer so i made quarrel with shop sundirect reseller i found that he facing lot of problems with company same issues like me amount is deducted from in his account, recharge is not done in sundirect customer care they are telling that recharge not done actually amount is stolen by company and putting transactions hold for days together with the request of mine reseller given screen copy of my transaction with the presence of mine one incident happen at shop some fellow broken shop reseller glass, furniture because of wrong information provided by the sundirect customer care people its very very bad situation at that time because of small recharge transaction shop reseller face loss of nearly 20000rs i request you please no one will face the same issue like i found in society educated people and illiterate people availabe i can understand the situation of shopkeeper but illiterate people will not listen shopkeeper words they simply listen what customer people said because of wrong information shopkeeper loss 20000rs worth of furniture. With the request of mine shopkeeper provided screen copy of my transaction. Simply they are telling wrong information provided by sundirect customercare people its very unbearable here im attaching of mine transaction actually its onhold for days together but customer care people told that recharge not done please collect your amount where you done recharge please help the shopkeeper from corporate company issues
