misleading package of the channel

I used the dth operator last 5 months and i have faced problem that is i have purchased 6th months dth package. All channels are going fine but certainly 5months later 'sony wah' channel are off. I questioned their helpline no. But they said i don't have purchased anything this channel but bengali dpo 1 from sun direct package already have that sony wah channel. You can have seen the picture.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

channel recharge payment done but the channels haven't recharged

Hi i have done the recharge to my smart card number and my monthly subscription amount is 379/-. Since morning i have been trying to contact sundirect customer care and the lines all busy. Is it that no one is available since morning to attend the call or ur customer care is shut down permanently.

I have done payment of rs.230 (Tamil dpo package basic subscription monthly renewal) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app.
The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@hdfcbank.
Amount is debited from my bank account but recharge is not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem is still pending. My sun direct id number is [protected]. Kindly pls look into this....

amount debited but not recharged and reflected in my account

I have recharged my dth through sun direct app rs 200 for add on some extra channels.. Money was debited through google pay and amount not reflected in my account.. I called customer care too but they are not responding well.. And some one said it will take more than 3 hours i don't understand why it's take too much time reflect in our account... I want to get it recharge now else i want my money back...

error "e162-0 failed to load ifcp image "

Hd set top box got installed and got received activation message but it is giving error message "e162-0 failed to load ifcp image. Please wait".
I contacted the people who installed the set top box. He suggested to wait for 1 hour. I have been waiting for more than 6 hours and no response from them after that. Could you help me to resolve this issue...

Add zee kannada hd channel on sun direct i am requesting for them from past 4 months but no response yet

They are ignoring my request they will just say we will do it but work as been done

I am not happy with there work for there customer service

I kindly request that please add zee kannada hd channel on sun direct and make it fast please

I have purchased kannada dpo1 plan from sundiret mobile app and zee kannada as extra plan. But non of those channels are nit coming including zee kannada. Only 20% channels are coming. I called many time customer care number but there are very rude and answer is not satisfactory. Still i m struggling with this issue. Kindly do the needful

There is no star sports hindi 1hd channel please make sure it is added soon
I have requested them to add the star sports hindi but they shown no interest on it

I had requested for many times but they said it will be added in a month but it has been a year but no response from them

There are neglecting it see that the channel has to be added as soon as possible

He offered me two tatasky connection with amon firestick and cash back with paytm . Tatasky multi connection offer of RS 4639 with Cash back 1000 RS . I received two connections doesnot received cashback and firestick ....

most of the channel are not working

I had been calling the customer care since many days to inform most of the channels are not working. Every time your customer care executive ask us to wait and never come back.
After long time today when i had spoken to your representative and complained about my issue they are saying it is a network issue and if it has to be rectified we need to pay.
Have you people gone crazy, if it is network issue it is...

channels going off air each day

With each passing day a new channel shows no signal... Called customer care and they are asking me to buy a new set top box...

Why should i be paying for a technical issue from their side?

Worst connection i have ever had with a customer care service that responds like robots with predefined answers.

Requesting the sun direct management to look into the issue....

No Reply from Sun direct regarding Refund / recharge.
Actually, two times Made recharge on 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs & 1:02 Hrs (Rs 2399 & Rs 2399.Due to Technical problem). Both transactions were successfully completed.
7/9/19 at 1:02 Hrs Recharge is done in my account.
But 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs not done recharged / not Refunded till today.

Given so many complaints. Problem not solved till day.

I have recently changed to sun direct as they advertised about low pricing, but i was fooled the price was equal to other dish operators.in sun direct if i select a channel i need to watch for 1 month even i selected wrongly. The will charge money for selecting channel and they wont refund if we cancel in-between in a month.
