I recharged 6 months package in sundirect. But it shows error message . I asked helped with the customer care service they asked me to paid 450rs. But i asked for the reason the reason.But the reason did not satisfying me.Again i call them they asked to paid 150 rs. And another servicer cut my call while i speaking with her.I was mentally depressed with their behaviour.They send the message to my phone that the problem was resolved without solving my problem.

    I used the dth operator last 5 months and i have faced problem that is i have purchased 6th months dth package. All channels are going fine but certainly 5months later 'sony wah' channel are off. I questioned their helpline no. But they said i don't have purchased anything this channel but bengali dpo 1 from sun direct package already have that sony wah channel. You can have seen the picture.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

    I have recharged 250 amount to select sun direct telugu dpo pack, however its automatically selected bengaly DTH pack, I have requested sundirect customer care to change dpo pack as per my choice, but customer care people are not ready change dpo pack as per my request.

        I have done payment of rs.230 (Tamil dpo package basic subscription monthly renewal) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app.
        The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@hdfcbank.
        Amount is debited from my bank account but recharge is not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem is still pending. My sun direct id number is [protected]. Kindly pls look into this.

I called customer care too but they are not responding well.. And some one said it will take more than 3 hours i don't understand why it's take too much time reflect in our account...                 error "e162-0 failed to load ifcp image "

                Hd set top box got installed and got received activation message but it is giving error message "e162-0 failed to load ifcp image. Please wait".
                I contacted the people who installed the set top box. He suggested to wait for 1 hour. I have been waiting for more than 6 hours and no response from them after that. Could you help me to resolve this issue...

                Add zee kannada hd channel on sun direct i am requesting for them from past 4 months but no response yet

                They are ignoring my request they will just say we will do it but work as been done

                I am not happy with there work for there customer service

                      I lost total 1000 rupees. I recharged with 800 and 200 rupees separately but the channels didn’t activated . Complained to customer care more than10 times but they didn’t respond.worst customer service and worst DTH ever. Please ban this sun direct DTH . So many people are suffering the same problem .

                        There is no star sports hindi 1hd channel please make sure it is added soon
                        I have requested them to add the star sports hindi but they shown no interest on it

He offered me two tatasky connection with amon firestick and cash back with paytm . Tatasky multi connection offer of RS 4639 with Cash back 1000 RS .                               I had been calling the customer care since many days to inform most of the channels are not working. Every time your customer care executive ask us to wait and never come back.
                              After long time today when i had spoken to your representative and complained about my issue they are saying it is a network issue and if it has to be rectified we need to pay.
                              Have you people gone crazy, if it is network issue it is your responsibility to get it rectified and give proper services to customers.
                              Its high time if you continue to provide such stupid services soon people are going to shift to other services providers. Not the days are far off when jio is coming and you would see a mass shift from your services.

                              The way your customer services team speak to customers is irritating and nonsense.

                                I installed SunNxt app in my mobile and asked for a monthly subscription of 50 rupees to watch the Sun Network Programs, just to check their service I subscribed with rupees 50 for the first time, unfortunately the 2nd time the amount has been debited automatically without my knowledge which is not at all acceptable. Fake and robbery network.

                                  With each passing day a new channel shows no signal... Called customer care and they are asking me to buy a new set top box...

                                  Why should i be paying for a technical issue from their side?

                                  These are essentially Tamil pakcage we impose.we can not change tamil pakcage we are malayali we forused to watch tamil plan. we need malayalam basic plan but we pay additinal payment for malayalam channels.Complant coustmer care there is no reply.We need malayalam package.

                                    No Reply from Sun direct regarding Refund / recharge.
                                    Actually, two times Made recharge on 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs & 1:02 Hrs (Rs 2399 & Rs 2399.Due to Technical problem). Both transactions were successfully completed.
                                    7/9/19 at 1:02 Hrs Recharge is done in my account.
                                    But 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs not done recharged / not Refunded till today.

                                    Given so many complaints. Problem not solved till day.

                                    As per conversation, we inform customer that recharged amount of Rs.2399 is received by Sun direct as the transactions was successful. As per his request the corresponding amount had been reversed to his bank and same has been resolved and clarified from the customer.
