[Resolved] Sun Direct — viewing is temporarily blocked | |||
Channels are coming. But video and audio not coming. It's showing an error "Viewing is temporarily blocked". My smart card no. Is [protected]R. The issue is continuing for a day. I called customer care many times. They are saying that it will be resolved in 2 hours. But didn't resolved. How long I have to wait for this? Kindly do the needful to resolve this. Since from one month, i have been trying to call centre numbers but it will not connect, i need to add channels to my pack, if i do not get response, i need to go to consumer court. My card no [protected].
For my favourite channel, I paid required amt thru recharge, per procedure I have to inform sun cc service, for the past 4 days more than 30 times I have been trying to inform, I am not at all responded. My money is being wasted. I don't know how to get things solved. Whenever I tried to inform the cc, I m not responded.
