I WANT TO OPT MY CHANNELS AS PER MY WISH IN SUN DIRECT .BUT THE ARE PROVIDING SOME PACKAGES IN THAT PACKAGE WE ARE GETTING TAMIL CHANNELS TOO I NEED ONLY TELUGU CHANELS ONLY Instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount . Your rule says that the facility should be provided from April1, 2019. EVEN I SPOKE SUN DIRECT CUSTOMER CARE TOO THEY SAY WE HAVE TO RECHARGE PACKAGES WHICH INCLUDE TAMIL CHANNELS WHICH IS WASTE OF MONEY FOR US .

Please take some strict action to implement the rules. The initiative taken by you is very good step. However we fear that TRAI is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Hope that TRAI will do something regarding this.

    I recharged rs. 212.00 into my sun direct account no through sun direct app, where payment is payed via citrus payment on 12.04.2019 through upi payment. But the amount is not credited till now. Please do necessary action to get my sun direct account get recharged as early as possible.

      I recharged rs 250 bangali DPO 2 instead of rs 235 Malayalam DPO 2, and again i recharged 235 now my balance shows 203 instead of 235
      Channels not added as per TRAI we tried lot to reach customer care but went wain kindly suggest us what to do further and are charging very high rates .we could not find solution for this

        I have paid 690/- for Telugu dpo1 and Zee prime pack for 3 months. But it got activates only dpo1 for one month and not added Zee prime pack. I called many times to care people they said technical issue .and they said call back after 1hr . It's been one day and they r not resolved my issue when I asked them seriously for my refund they send only 400/-. What about 78/- remaining amount? They are keep on saying call after some time. If this issues is not resolved plz refund my fu punt and take Ur sundirect dish. Evarymonth I'm facing issues. But these people are not able to resolve. I don't know who hired them. One guy saying recharge with this amount and another guy sayi g reacharge with that amount.they don't know min knowledge on this. How can they resolve . Indeed immediate response and clear this issue.litterally they are wasting my time and peace. Since yesterday I keep trying them and they picked up cal after 30min . I lost my patience and they played with my emotions.mentally torched me.ot not about money it's about how they are playing with the customers. I need immediate resolution.

          I had recharged with basic monthly pack of 212 rupees, after that some channels are coming but later those are also not coming. i am getting irritating with this network. they used to call daily until i recharged, later for any complaints their costumer care number was not connecting . i want my money back or i want to extend my plan expiry period .

            I took new connection and dealer selected telugu dpo hd pack and i wanted to change it to telugu dpo 2 sd. Tried contacting customer care which was never connected. I wanted to customise my base pack, mailed them also for which no response was received as on date

            There is no option to edit existing pack and i doubt i dont get it. Would like to change the service provider. Please take back the set top box and refund my amount

              Respected sir/madam,
              I am durairaj lives in chennai city and i was took the new connection in sun direct dth on jan 2019, that time i will contacted sun direct dth customer care regarding 1year subscription plan and i ask for trai rules and regulation for new connection and they said 1 year subscription pack was available and no interruption for trai rules and regulation, so i paid 2300/rs for 1 year subscription pack and i got new sun direct dth connection... Later one month some channels are blocked, so many times, i tried to call customer care but they did't pick the call.. Later days i got one message via mobile your plan was migrated, so i put the complaint at online consumer complaint registration,

              Customer care: after that sun direct dth customer care contacted me, and they said a new trai rules and regulation to followed so only channels are blocked and validity reduced for 6 months only... I told your sun direct dth company will announced, this 1 year subscrption offers on diwali festivel time oct 2018, so i was took the connection on pongal time jan 2019, befor that i took the connection, i contacted your customer care and after clarification of trai rules and regulation only, i took the new connection, so now you told like this why...
              I want need a help... And i want to know why that sun direct dth company sale set box for 1 year subsription pack and company known the trai rules and regulation but why they give assurance to buy a dth for 1 year subscription pack... And... They known to trai rules and regulation why they didn't stop the products or pack offers...

                It's happened without my concern and without my permission. I want my money back to my bank account. I contacted customer care the people saying the amount ll return to sun direct app wallet. U can use by recharging. I don't want that. Its reduces. Its a very bad experiance with sun direct. Hd channels is not coming clearly. I contacted the customercare they saying it's broadcast issue not us then why should i pay. Y not local cable operator.

                    Sun Direct sold an HD set box to me 3 years ago. I was able to see HD as well as SD channels through that Box. Now I could not load HD channels and on enquiry, they are telling that they will charge Rs 850 to upgrade the box to HD. It is already an HD box and they are asking money in the guise o[censored]pgrading. It is told after the TRAI instruction regarding channel pricing from last month SUN Direct is not properly operating their servers and I could not even lodge a complaint for quite long. Their Customer care Nos are just Eyewash and simply not through. I purchased an HD set top box from them now they are telling I need to pay more money to upgrade the Box.

Have been trying to contact customer care the number will not work, have sent customercare email but no reply.. When i tried to chat thru online live chat with sundirect reps.. It had eated my time daily 1hr from past 20days.

As it is not at all convenient to choose channels on sun direct site, I asked her to add by phone. She expressed her frustration and said im wasting her time. Expected better behaviour from a sun direct employee.

                                I am residing in Chennai ([protected]) and we are using your SUN DTH network for the past 6 years. Again I am facing problem with set top box which changed by giving complaint to H.O. The problem is while we watching TV suddenly the picture is going off and again it starts automatically from the info channel. I booked a complaint on 8th of this month and they have given me complaint no 1-[protected] they said that it would be cleared within 48 hrs, but till today they didn’t do anything and again I called and asked they said the complaint is kept open today they will clear it but nobody has come. Previously one who installed I called them and there that lady said today I will send by evening (on that day) but no response at all. Can you tell me the warranty period for the replacement the person who installed they said I month only and in call center they said 4 months so need have to pay for the replacement if it is under warranty. I told them just 2 months passed according to on that day. Which is truth I month or 4 months. Any how the service is very worst and this is the second time I am mailing you. Take action .                                   1. I am a sun dth customer (Smart card number-xxxxxx62001) who paid my sun dth subscription before sun dth migration on[protected] rs 3600 (And after migration[protected] rs 154). Please see the screenshot of my account online (Attachment) which shows the current subscription ends only in august and also the account has a credit balance of rs. 1207.19.
                                  But on april 5, 2019, sun dth called and informed that the subscription ends as of april 6th.

                                  We did not receive any broadcast from yesterday (April 6th). When the subscription is paid well in advance and the account has a credit balance, why our broadcast has stopped? I called and talked to your technical service team vignesh, vivek and another ([protected]) and they did three levels of online programming but still we are not getting any broadcast. Could you please fix this issue and start the telecast asap?

                                  Also there is spelling mistake in my name on sun dth account. Could you please correct it by replacing the y with an i?
