I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received for my Sun Flame Mixer Grinder.
I lodged a service request on Date 03/06/2025, and although I was assured of prompt assistance. On June 6 we had a small conversation that it will be delivered by then. Despite multiple follow-ups, the technician who took the jar from my house and promised to return it within a day failed to visit on time or did not carry the required tools.
Your technician excused that since nobody is going to my area so it is taking time and said when someone will go towards my address then my product will be delivered. Ridiculous and pathetic.
The shop where I purchased had said that there will be guarantee on the product for two years and your technician said demanded 120 rupees from me to repair my product.
This delay and lack of professionalism is highly disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like yours. A kitchen appliance like a mixer grinder is essential for daily use, and such negligence causes great inconvenience.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that my mixer grinder is either repaired properly or replaced, as per the warranty terms. I expect a quick and effective resolution to avoid further escalation. Please find the following details for references:
