Sun NXT — Subscription charges not credited

I am a new user of Sun Nxt.

I paid a quarterly payment of Rs 130/- using "paytm" app (01 Sep, 03:02 pm)from my smartphone. Details are as follows:

Sun TV Order ID: SBOICJBIMZWG
PayTM Wallet TrXn ID: [protected] (For Your office reference)

Sun Nxt customer care acknowledged the number and promised to revert.
Had called the next day, gave her the feedback of still not successful recharge.

I was forced to use my credit card to continue watching Sun NXT after "paytm" recharge failed.

Have brought this information to the notice of customer care as they are assuming the recharge has worked. But, I have paid "twice"

Very disappointed with your assistance. kindly credit my recharge amount back.

This is unacceptable.
PayTm says they have credited and they gave this acknowledgment number.

Kindly credit the amount back to me or extend the subscription by another 3months.
