Sun Direct — E48-32 Signal error

The Sun Direct is not working, many do not get Signal for last 45 days, the signal received is 70% customer care no, doesn't respond appropriately and Raised several complaints Whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD service or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think Sun will heavily loose customers in market due to very poor service. I am thinking to deactivate Sun DTH and I advise everyone on this forum not to go with Sun DTH as their service is pathetic and they are completely negligent towards customer service smart card no [protected]
