I have raised a complaint regarding Chanel freeze for my connection (Complaint number- SR[protected]unfortunately the team has called me and discussing about the payment. I have got a confirmation from call centers that they will send technician and rectify the issue. I’m a very old customer and I have 2 connections under mobile number [protected]. The customer service for sin direct very poor more over the technicians are very attitude and arrogant. I need a quick resolution for this issue, if not I’m going to take this as serious matter and will file a complaint in consumer court at the earliest. Expecting a faster and wonderful support from sun direct

May I know on what basis the complaint marked as resolved. I didn't received any call or email then on what basis the status shows as resolved. I believe there is no proper response from sun direct for the customers. Pathetic service
My issue is not yet resolved. As a customer I'm paying monthly rental, but no proper customer service
I need my concern to be resolved without any cost

    I recharged on 17-oct-2020...but i am unable to view the channels which i enrolled …Regarding this i called to sun direct customer care and shared the issues what i faced ...Nearly 8 times i called the customer care Reps...And no one is solving my issue ...Even i lost 2 days of amount which i recharged ...And still no one didn't resolve the issue ...I hope TRAI can Understand what issues consumers are facing with Sun DTH. And take proper action .It would not happen in further .
    And one more issue is i recharged on 17-oct-2020 in that my account didn't get activate and other day (18-oct-2020)at 1 pm they debate the amount of 287 RS from sun direct account ..Even after I didn't able to view the channels .And couple of times i called to customer service and said about the problem .After they did some changes .
    And other issues is they didnt register my custom channel pack .What the list they have those they are activating .And last final is the Reps doesn't have the enough knowledge on the issues and products .They are just try to convey the customers ..

              My Smart Card number is [[protected]].Yesterday I've recharged for Rs.219.But still channels are not activated.In transaction history of Sun Direct page there is clearly stated that recharge has done.Even I tried calling customercare but no response.

                  I have done my recharge to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which is not in use. Now i wanted to transfer that recharge to my new account (Smart card no : [protected]). I called sun direct customer care many times but they are not resolving. It's been more than 5 days now but no solution.

                  Either transfer my recharge to my new account or refund immediately i will recharge to my new account. This is hectic now.

                  I paid 219 rs recharge through phone pe app. And also through local retailer.

                  Sun direct customer care is very bad while talking they are cut my call or sometime they are not picking my call.

                  Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                    I have installed sun DTH.

                    CDSN No:[protected]

                    The amount has been deducted, but the star vijay HD channel are not being displayed. Getting the same system message E48-32.

                    After that I have recharged for the single channel ( Star vijay HD). That also showing same error message.
                    The amount transaction has been made through sun direct site in quick recharge. Amount payment is done by giving online transaction.. The amount deducted and the deduction transaction is seen under app.

                          I have done my recharge to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which is not in use.

                          Now I wanted to transfer that recharge to my new account (Smart card no : [protected]).

                          I raised a complaint on 09/30/2020 09:22:00 (SR[protected] with sun direct customer care

                          I called customer care many times but they are telling it will happen in 24 hours every day but it's not happening.

                          It is almost 7 days since the recharge is done now but no solution.

                          Either transfer my recharge to my new account or refund immediately I will recharge to my new account.

                          This is hectic now.

                          I paid 1229 recharge through sun direct mobile via amazon pay.

                          My transaction reference number: 072550 and 080212

                          Sun direct customer care is very bad while talking they are cut my call or sometime they are not picking my call.

                          Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                              This is Siva, am using Sun direct Dth service, smart card no:[protected], actually my Dth pack was expired on 23/sep/2020 and am recharge with Rs 630/3 month's pack as of they given offers on 25/sep/2020 but they did not provided service up to 28/sep/2020 date, that means 3 re days 15 hours they did not provide the service, even we are continuously follow up them but they are gave non responsible answers like net work issue, and also they're suggested if you don't want to get like this problems must and should be recharge before the expired date as of required monthly pack and also they are not provide the lose of the 3 days service and also did not taken any complaints regards this issue, they are wanted to didn't provide the service, I request nobody didn't get like this bad experience and need to take necessary action on them.

                              Note:if we are recharge earlier (before expire the package) did not got the network issues.

                                The Sun Direct is not working, many do not get Signal for last 45 days, the signal received is 70% customer care no, doesn't respond appropriately and Raised several complaints Whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD service or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think Sun will heavily loose customers in market...

                                  Recharged on may 19, 2020 with 1169, normal quality. But today i got this message,

                                    Please note when i added rs 500 to sun direct account gst was deducted and again when i chose a add-on pack gst was deducted. Why am charged twice for one benefit?

                                    I already raised a ticket and no proper response yet and this is happening second time and am sure it's happening with people doing online.
