I recharged on 17-oct-2020...but i am unable to view the channels which i enrolled …Regarding this i called to sun direct customer care and shared the issues what i faced ...Nearly 8 times i called the customer care Reps...And no one is solving my issue ...Even i lost 2 days of amount which i recharged ...And still no one didn't resolve the issue ...I hope TRAI can Understand what issues consumers are facing with Sun DTH. Amount debited but not recharged

Sir/Madam
I have recharged my dth through sun direct app for Rs. 25. The Money was debited from my account through google pay but the recharge is not reflected in my sundirect account. I called customer care too but they are not responding well. I want to get it recharged or get credited in my account.

Seeking for refund

I have done my recharge to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which is not in use. Now i wanted to transfer that recharge to my new account (Smart card no : [protected]). I called sun direct customer care many times but they are not resolving. It's been more than 5 days now but no solution.

My channels are not activated after recharge

Respected sir,

This is Siva, am using Sun direct Dth service, smart card no:[protected], actually my Dth pack was expired on 23/sep/2020 and am recharge with Rs 630/3 month's pack as of they given offers on 25/sep/2020 but they did not provided service up to 28/sep/2020 date, that means 3 re days 15 hours they did not provide the service, even we are continuously follow up them but they are gave non responsible answers like net work issue, and also they're...

The Sun Direct is not working, many do not get Signal for last 45 days, the signal received is 70% customer care no, doesn't respond appropriately and Raised several complaints Whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD service or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think Sun will heavily loose customers in market...

Reacharged but cheated

Recharged on may 19, 2020 with 1169, normal quality. But today i got this message,
Your sun direct [protected] validity expires today. Recharge hd malayalam dpo a2 pack @ rs.359/1m or rs.1005/3m or rs.1960/6m. Watch dream11 ipl on star sports. Tc*

double gst

Team,

Please note when i added rs 500 to sun direct account gst was deducted and again when i chose a add-on pack gst was deducted. Why am charged twice for one benefit?

I already raised a ticket and no proper response yet and this is happening second time and am sure it's happening with people doing online.
