This is Siva, am using Sun direct Dth service, smart card no:[protected], actually my Dth pack was expired on 23/sep/2020 and am recharge with Rs 630/3 month's pack as of they given offers on 25/sep/2020 but they did not provided service up to 28/sep/2020 date, that means 3 re days 15 hours they did not provide the service, even we are continuously follow up them but they are gave non responsible answers like net work issue, and also they're suggested if you don't want to get like this problems must and should be recharge before the expired date as of required monthly pack and also they are not provide the lose of the 3 days service and also did not taken any complaints regards this issue, they are wanted to didn't provide the service, I request nobody didn't get like this bad experience and need to take necessary action on them.
Note:if we are recharge earlier (before expire the package) did not got the network issues.
Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need my concern to be resolved without any cost
