[Resolved] Sundirect — I have recharged two days back. Still the picture didn't came. No proper response in customercare

Hi My smartcard number [protected]..Two days back I have recharged the amount of rupees 187. Still i could'nt seen the pictures. If i called the customer care they are just telling within 1 hour pics will come, with in two hour pics will come... They are not extended my validity also. Please do the needful.. Thanks Sunil

it is solved. Due to network failure the issue happens. Now it will be ok and the pics are now showing clearly. thanks for your help.
