Date of the incident : 6.12.2019 10.59 a.m.
Client number : Sun direct smart card no.[protected]
Full description of the incident : monthly subscription expired on 6.8.2019, I
recharged through paytm for Rs.554/-.
By mistake I have recharged smart card no:[protected] instead of [protected]. Transaction ID No: UPI Ref.Id[protected] via Bank of Baroda.
Kindly refund the amount

Hai Sir, I Allu Srinivas having Sundirect DTH service. But it is not working from few days.. Ur service engineer has not attend to my call.. plz arrange to make it working condition of my Sundirect service..
