We have been using sundirect connection: [protected] for more than a decade now, since then very worst customer services were providing by the Sundirect. Few days back all channels have completely down suddenly, though sufficient balance exists in the account, I mean to say, currently we are unable to view any channel which we subscribed.
We were trying to reach customer care people in different ways like sun direct online chat, customer care contact no. to sort out the problem, but none of them have responded so far.
When there is a service window for customers that has to function as per the customers expectations, but Sun direct completely failed in this aspect without any second thought, even everyone is having the same doubt that the Sundirect is having customer care service support or not!!
Would request you to please look in to this issue and take an appropriate action
