[Resolved]  Sundirect — sundirect setupbox not working

I called customer care and told setup box is not turning on.
They told serviced box (Means repaired box they will provide) will cost will be 350, i asked to do the replacement.

Engineer came and told that it would cost 600, box cost is 350 rs and adapter is extra that will cost 250.

I told new box is 700rs which includes everything costs equal to repaired box.

So i asked for new one, he was forcing me to take repaired one with 600rs.

I called customer care and they are doing same.

Please do not fall in trap of sundirect, they are cheaters and lairs.
