I am extremely disappointed with the service and support regarding my chimney (Model: CH CUPO 90 BK AC GC), which I purchased from the Army Canteen in July 2024. The unit suddenly stopped working after only 6 months, and despite being under warranty, it has been nearly a month with no resolution since our complaint in the begining of march 2025.
The technicians assigned to inspect and repair the unit have proven to be ineffective in fixing the issue. The long delay and lack of proper service are unacceptable. As a consumer, this experience has completely eroded my trust and faith in your brand.
Every alternative day, there is a false hope they technician will come visit and fix but no one has come since a week and there is no proper response from the company. Initially they said motor needs to be replaced and it will take a week of time to replace, the week has passed but still there is no update.
We demand an urgent resolution to this matter.
Please treat this as a high-priority complaint and provide a concrete resolution without any further delays.
