Sunflame Enterprises — LPG GLASS STOVE - Sunflame Magna

Hello,

I had raised a complain through sunflame appliances registered customer care number. The ticket was raised. The technician called me next day and asked for photographs/video of the broken toughened glass. I sent that, after 2 hours he called and said that toughened glass is not in warranty and cannot be covered and it is chargeable now. It is clearly mentioned on the warranty card as well as on the cardboard box that toughened glass is having a warranty of 5 years. Still these service agents are asking for money. I had sent three mails to the registered sunflame email address. BUT THEY ARE MORE USELESS THAN THEIR SERVICE AGENTS.. Not even a single reply in over 10 days now.. THIRD CLASS SERVICE.. NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS CHEATER COMPANY. the ticket was also closed without my confirmation mentioning that issue is resolved and glass is replaced.. DONT KNOW WHICH GHOST SERVCEMAN CAME TO MY HOME AND REPLACED THE GLASS.. THIS COMPANY IS A CHEATER..
