Sunflame Service Request number - S1-[protected] registered on 25th feb
I purchased a Sunflame 2-burner glass cooktop on 25 December 2025 from Vijay Sales, Dombivli East. The product was sold with 2 years warranty and 5 years warranty on the glass top.
However, within just 3 months of normal household use, the glass top suddenly cracked and broke due to heat during regular cooking. This was very surprising as I have used other brands like Pigeon and Prestige cooktops for many years without facing such an issue.
I registered a complaint with Sunflame customer support on 26 February 2026 requesting inspection and replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, till date no technician has visited to inspect the product. I only received calls saying someone will visit “tomorrow†or “within 3 daysâ€, but no service has been provided.
Currently, we are forced to continue using a broken cooktop which is unsafe and inconvenient for daily cooking.
I request Sunflame to urgently arrange a technician visit and replace the damaged glass top under warranty. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through the consumer grievance portal. Was this information helpful? |
