Supr Daily — Repetitive Missed delivery and poor customer care support

Hi Team, I had subscribed for monthly milk subscription on 2-Sep to start subscription on 5-Sep. Till 23-Sep, they have missed 4 deliveries (5th, 9th, 14th and 23rd). However in the app, they upload fake photos and mark it as delivered. On contacting the customer care, they always refund the amount and fake assurance that they will take actions and this issue will not be repeated. Also we dropped several emails to them, and got no response. On the 4th missed delivery, when i spoke to customer executive, he said he will arrange a call back with senior person to discuss this issue. And this he agreed only when i said i am filing a police complaint. However, so far we have not received any call back and when asked to cancel the subscription, they never agreed to it. There are no steps/process to reach out to escalate next level. This repetitive miss is a sign of poor customer satisfaction and i don't want to continue with Supr, however they are not ready to refund the amount including SUPR access and I am still waiting for their response.
