Suzuki Access 125 — A bend in front portion | |||
I purchased Suzuki Access 125 for my wife from Classic Omega, Thrissur. I received the vehicle today. After completing the receipt formalities, I noticed a bend in front portion of the vehicle. I returned the vehicle back to the dealer to get rectified the issue. Later the dealer ([protected]) informed me over phone that, this complaint is available with all the vehicles and it is design fault of the vehicle. He challenged me to show him a single Suzuki Access 125 without this complaint. He also reported that customers have been complaining about this for long time, still the company is unable to solve this complaint. He told even he complained for the same.
