Suzuki Access 125 — Service center not doing well

Hello sir/mam,
Its about 25 days, there was a issue in my access 125. Service center not working well, they only making lots of bill. Everytime they replace parts of my scooty butt still its not working. Right now they want to replace head (Part of engine). And about 25 days they didnt make available this part. Kindly take action against service center of allahabad. I had call so many times but evertime they make excuse only. Plese resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Ladies footrest not comfortable she legs not rest and not comfortable very bad footrest setting back side please footrest settings change.
