[Resolved]  Suzuki Access 125 — To provide duplicate key of the vehicle

Respected sir,
I have purchased access - 125 on 13th june 2014, engine no. f[protected] and frame no. mbbcf4 cade 8364173 from khatwani sales and service pvt. ltd. 1655, wrieght town, jabalpur (mp). it was financed by inusind bank, branch - napier town, jabalpur. loan no. jjq01695h has completed on 7th may 2016 and i have got noc from the said bank. but duplicate key of the vehicle i could not receive from neither khatwani sales nor indusind bank ltd, plot no. 124, shashtri chouraha, jabalpur.
I have contacted many times to khatwani sales and indusind bank ltd. but no one is providing the vehicle's duplicate key. if i will not receive the key within a week, i will go to consumer forum and ombdusman. you will be responsible for the same.
