I purchased maruti breeza ldi (o) from rks saboo hyderabad on may 12, 2016.

To my surprise there are no head rests/head restrains. i have searched whole market and all dealers of maruti but no body is in a position to help.

This is very important safety feature and its painful to know that maruti has ignored it.

Iam not able to sit or offer anybody to sit on rear seats for fear of neck /spine injury. even small brake are giving jerks on neck.

If this issue is not resolved i may have to sell the vehicle. (i did not want to take delivery at the first place, but for the family pressure.

Head rests are most important safety feature, even more than air bags.

Please solve my problem.

Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have purchased maruti breeza ldi (o) on 12.05.2016 from rks saboo malakpet hyderabad.

We were not aware of the absence of rear seat head rests. the model on display had one.
I have asked for head rests for rear seats from the dealer, but they say they are helpless.
We are unable to use rear seats for fear of neck and spine injury in case of breaking.
This is serious issue and it needs to be resolved.
Kindly offer a solution at the earliest.

As we know that the information has been forwarded to Maruti on [Jul 15, 2016]. Its almost 1 year they haven't taken this issue seriously. What kind of Customer support is this ? When in various place it has been mentioned that if the car take sudden acceleration for any reason then it may cause damage to neck (may be it can damage neck bone too) of rear seat passengers as there is no rear head rest.

When buying a car more than 8 Lacs it is really very bad. When Customers are shifting to Ford from Maruti it is really very very disheartening news too. This way we are losing respect and hope on Maruti. People will say next that Maruti is only manufacturing commercial cars like DZire tour. They don't even care for private customers.

Please let me know if I am wrong in any way.

    Sir, I have done a paid service from sannai motors Kolkata, bagmari workshop my car no WB06G 2775. The service assistance executive name Dipankar Sirkar. After servicing several time to I knock for delivery. I am not only person to faceing this problem. Other persons also. After servicing nobody can check the car and only ask for PAYMENT PAYMENT and PAYMENT. Now after servicing new problem also arise. I have anather car Hundai but never had this bitter experience. I am sorry to say this service was not expecting from Maruti.

      Tyre instep-in and tyre in alloy wheel of different size.

      Tyre of step-in : 165/80r14

      Alloy wheel tyre found cut mark so i want to change the step-in tyre but not possible due to small size.

          Dear mr. Randhir singh kalsi, i have booked vitara breezza ldi (0) prime silver colour dated on 05.05.16 at b m auto link, gandhidam, gujarat. Now i want to buy red colour car instead of prime colour in same model but as per dealer and customer care, it needs to cancel the booking and make new booking and delivery time is 36-39 weeks. If vehicle is not made and delivered on my invoice till today, why it is not possible to change the colour without cancel the booking. Ultimately it is customer dis satisfaction. I am requesting you to know the reason for not possible to change the colour? My second question is why needs 24 - 36 weeks to deliver the car? Is it your market strategy or plant is not fulfilling the requirements? Or over booking? Pl advise me how to change colour without changing my delivery period

            I have purchased your swift zdi on 8 april 2015 on the name of our company shiv credits registration no:-pb10fc9055, since i purchase the car there is a problem in my car in front mirror pasting with the plastic. front mirror didn't fix properly, i have noticed it after 10 days of my purchase and than i went to your outlet swani motors at feroze gandhi market ludhiana punjab and he told me to clarify their service department when u sent your car for first service. and i think i have done almost 10 service from your service office at gill road ludhiana branch concerned person is monica there. every time my car went for service i told them for my problem but yet there is no solution for this infect the defected part is goes dipper day by day. when i went for service 15 days before your service manager told me to mail the problem in your head office n will contact me wd in 2 or 3 days but now it is almost a 15 days there is no response from any of your officer. your team will only co ordinate with me when there is my service due only for their personal targets or any thing but when discuss my problem with them they told me that they will rectify it but when they come to drop my car my problem is still there. i have shown them that all car's front mirror pasting is properly fix with the plastic given below but my front mirror pasting looks unfix with the plastic. so now i just want to know that whether my problem can solve or your team cannot do it. because i think i suffered a lot with your service team.

              I have mailed and talked at every level of maruti suzuki for resolution of my grievance but no one from maruti or its service centre responded positively. I just want to share that even in maruti service centre they are using fake products or practices so that a complaint arises again and again and they get business from that.

              Very sad to see the behavior and response of consumer complaint from maruti suzuki.

It took my 6-7 hours for the service first then after paying the bill when i got my car, i got disappointed with the car position. The mud was in the whole car and my car was decorated with black hand marks. I cleaned my car twice at my home on the same day after getting serviced it from maruti suzuki..

                    I purchased my new maruti celerio vxi from competent automobiles; islampur at gurgaon on 5th may 2016;
                    I was told that celerio gives running average of 20 plus in city though maruti claims this above 23.5 kms/per litre of petrol;
                    But i am shocked that in 31 liters of petrol which i have filled in my celerio it has been able to run less than 290 kms, which gives average of around 8-9 kms per liter.
                    The maruti meters are also wrong as they show it as 11 plus which is completely wrong.
                    So i am not happy and will not recommend maruti celerio to anyone.
                    5 negatives of celerio
                    - poor quality and defective electronic meters in celerio

                    - poor average of the car (To no one in our forum does this gives average of above 12) and for me it gives average of 8 kms per litre

                    - in ethical approach by maruti to sell cars and giving wrong promises to customers;

                    - poor interiors and fragile body fo celerio

                    - poor pick up

                    I was called by maruti to get my vehicle checked in heat of may where i was asked to stand and wait outside workshop where maruti tested the celerio; the maruti checked my engine and told me all is ok; but meanwhile i got chance to connect with other customers who told me that even their celerio is giving fuel average of below 10, a (Some even said 7 kms/per litre);
                    Since i am maruti user for last 9 years …i found this difficult to believe that maruti suzuki can manufacture such useless vehicles and fought a lot and approached senior managers in maruti including rishabh kakkar; and other senior managers of maruti udyog limited… and made it a resolution to publish my story as blog and review on various national websites;

                    I heard this poor junk of celerio is also sold internationally and maruti suzuki continue to fool people.

                    So we as a forum o[censored]sers have insured to mention on various websites;
                    Maruti has recently degraded its quality and celerio is a total junk;

                    When i wrote this blog on internet, i was approached by below friends who confirmed that even theit average is pathetic and they are also facing same issues from maruti..

                    To all o[censored]s maruti called us individually and wasted out fuel and time and harassed us and till date did not resolved our problem as for all fo us it is giving an extremely poor average and very poor performace and multiple sisues..

                    Which also proved maruti suzuki is highly inethical and cheat organisation in free india..
                    We had grouped together to write blogs in southasian and europena markets to tell truth about poor performance fo amruti celerio and suzuki car…and so that no one else suffers like we did..

                        I am praful sahamate. I already booked new vitara brezza vdi (O) silver colour from excell autovista malad (West) showroom on 18th march 2016 by payment of rs.21000. But still i am not getting my vehicle. Sales executive mr. Sachin bobade & manager mr. Rajesh tibrewal not giving me any response about vehicle. They told me in the ending of june 2016 you will get your vehicle. But now in july they told its waiting period. Everyone are giving me some stupid reasons.
                        My one friend booked same car in other showroom on 23 march and he got his car on end of may 2016. But still my car is pending, then also i wait one month but now it is high time. They are testing my patience. So i am requsting you please take some action on excell autovista & bring my car very urgently because as per my booking date waiting period has gone.

                          It was a incident when, i put my car (hr08p 8110, swift vdi) for regular servicing in karnal mortar @ 59000 km. i told to available service representative that i am facing little pic-up problem in my car. i have declared the same problem when the feedback asked from me after 50000 km service telepathically. also visited the work shop two times but they were quite busy in that duration always gives to the next date to visit the workshop, even job card not open. on 16th april, the available service representative responded my very quickly & positively give me information that egr valve not got cleaned at 30000 km service. i always put my car of servicing in authorised workshop only, then why this valve not got cleaned or asked by me to clean it or not. and when given clearance to do the cleaning now, mr. pandey told me to replace the hole system, because its got damaged due to over heat when the total running of vehicle was 3000 km accidentally. dear sirs, in last 57000 km approx. my car dint get nay over heat, and it get over heated @ 3000 km approx. i repaired this from authorised centre by paying full cost of it. if its got damaged due to over heat at that time then why it not replaced at that time & not get identified during the regular services at 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k & 50k respectively. now my three year warranty also got ended, but valve got damaged now after 3 years of that problem. it was just the way to charge extra. cars internal cleaning status was also pretty bad, it takes my 2 hours to clean at home. isn't the way to cheat customer & but does it by mean by your preventive maintenance.

                          I raised this concern almost more than 2 months ago, but still no conclusion come out.

                              My car sx4vi no. dl9cs 3924 chassis noma3efjcis00131699 and my neighbours sx43caz6694 can be opened and started with each other's keys.
                              This came to notice when i mistook neighbours car as mine and entered into it opening it with my keys.
                              Later when i saw some items lying there not belonging to me, i realized the mistake and informed the owner.
                              This is a real security hazard and serious lapse on maruti suziki's part.

                                I have booked ertiga vdi white at tristar car pvt. ltd chandrapur on 9/5/2016 by paying rs.5000. at the time of booking sales executive mr. sandip fulzele promised to deliver the car by 27th may. he asked to complete the loan procedure. as per his saying loan of rs.600000/- sanctioned and rs.578277/- disbursed to tristar car chandrapur on 20/05/2016 by icici bank. on 22/05/2016 sales exececutive sandip fulzele ask me to pay the balance amount as down payment. but i refused to do so as they don't have the car. on 27 may they said that car will be delivered by 4th june. on 4th june they said it will be delivered by 20th june. on 20th june they said it will be delivered by 30th june. on 30th they said by 6th july. on 4th july when i asked them they said it will take again 10-15 days. they are giving false promises and harrasing me since 2 months. as the loan amount is disbursed my emi has started since 10th june and 2nd emi is on 10th july but there is no sign of delivering the car. sanjay pusnake. mo. no.[protected]. email.                                     I gave my car for servicing and repair at Machino techno Service Centre at dargah Road on 20th June 2016. I signed all the required documents and provided all the necessary informations to them. A week after that, I was informed that There was a fire in their godown and for which all the cars have been ceased and they cannot deliver my car. and there after, there has been no communication from their end, as to when n how will I get my car back. I kept calling their numbers and they did not answer my calls. Then on Friday, 1st of july, one of the people they answered the call and said, they will be delivering my car on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday morning to receive my car, and then they said that their is some issue with the wiring of my car, which was not present when I gave the car and as of today, 6th of July, I still have not received my car.

                                    Also, They did not call me to inform, I have to call then up and ask the status, and every time, they tell me they are diagnosing the issue.

                                    Kindly tell me what should I do against this harassment.

                                      I had an accident on 4th june 2016 at ernakulam. so i gave my maruti suzuki ertiga vdi (kl03-z 5414) to popular service station pathanamthitta, kerala on 6th june. they promised to give the vehicle by 23ed. but since i was disappointed about the work they had done (over sprayed on the glass, the interior and the whole body, i lost its teflon coating and polish), i didnt take back my car on that day. so they promised to clear all the complaints within 3 days. but then also i found some painting complaints. (please see the attachments 1-11). because of the customer care manager's (mr. manoj s) assurance i gave it back again to them without considering the rude behaviour of the painter, who did this work. i received it on 1st july at 07.30pm, again i could see some complaints in the front and the rear bumper. so the customer care manager found the mistakes and he assured he will rectify it on 4th july 2016, monday. so i gave it on that day morning. but today when i went there to collect my insurance papers i was shocked on seeing my car with both the right doors and the bottom panel damaged. then only i was informed that my car got an accident on last night. (see the attachments 12-14). mr. joby mathew, work manager informed that it happened inside the premises. but we are not convinced about the reason they have provided. so who is responsible for this whole damage? how long i've to suffer for this? who will meet the loss? the car lost the company paint. surely i'll lose the resale value because of the repainting. why should i suffer for them!!!
                                      I'm the superior of an orphanage at tamilnadu. so i faced many difficulties for arranging taxis and so i had great loss in time and money. they did not give a spare vehicle by this time.
                                      I am totally dissatisfied about the behaviour of the crew in pathanamthitta popular.
                                      So i'm going to lodge a complaint to the nearest police station.

                                      So please do the necessary at the earliest.
