I got a call from.customer saying u have an offer for service saying interior cleaning wheel balancing clutch adjustments n basic service for 1600/- in Bannerghatta maruthi showroom vod I regularly do the service there after visiting the showroom they are saying no such offers my car is one n half year old desire always the same issues am not at all satisfied the feed back r anything from maruthi

    I am praful sahamate. I already booked new vitara brezza vdi (O) silver colour from excell autovista malad (West) showroom on 18th march 2016 by payment of rs.21000. But still i am not getting my vehicle. Sales executive mr. Sachin bobade & manager mr. Rajesh tibrewal not giving me any response about vehicle. They told me in the ending of june 2016 you will get your vehicle. But now in july they told its waiting period. Everyone are giving me some stupid reasons.
    My one friend booked same car in other showroom on 23 march and he got his car on end of may 2016. But still my car is pending, then also i wait one month but now it is high time. They are testing my patience. So i am requsting you please take some action on excell autovista & bring my car very urgently because as per my booking date waiting period has gone.

      It was a incident when, i put my car (hr08p 8110, swift vdi) for regular servicing in karnal mortar @ 59000 km. i told to available service representative that i am facing little pic-up problem in my car. i have declared the same problem when the feedback asked from me after 50000 km service telepathically. also visited the work shop two times but they were quite busy in that duration always gives to the next date to visit the workshop, even job card not open. on 16th april, the available service representative responded my very quickly & positively give me information that egr valve not got cleaned at 30000 km service. i always put my car of servicing in authorised workshop only, then why this valve not got cleaned or asked by me to clean it or not. and when given clearance to do the cleaning now, mr. pandey told me to replace the hole system, because its got damaged due to over heat when the total running of vehicle was 3000 km accidentally. dear sirs, in last 57000 km approx. my car dint get nay over heat, and it get over heated @ 3000 km approx. i repaired this from authorised centre by paying full cost of it. if its got damaged due to over heat at that time then why it not replaced at that time & not get identified during the regular services at 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k & 50k respectively. now my three year warranty also got ended, but valve got damaged now after 3 years of that problem. it was just the way to charge extra. cars internal cleaning status was also pretty bad, it takes my 2 hours to clean at home. isn't the way to cheat customer & but does it by mean by your preventive maintenance.

      I raised this concern almost more than 2 months ago, but still no conclusion come out.

        I purchased a new car ertiga vxi on 29th may 2016 from rohan motors palwal. i am not satisfy from this my new car ertiga. meri gadi m problem h. gadi chalte samay left m chali jati h meri gadi only 150km chali h. rohan motors palwal k m 3 din se chakkar kat rha hu. meri gadi ki problem ko samajte hue bhi ye meri problem solve nhi kar rahe h. meri bat na sunte hue apni bato ko upar rakhte h. ye log meri gadi m problem mante h k meri gadi left m jati h. na to un logo m bat karne ka sense h aur na hi customers ki bato pr dhyan dete h. 150km chali hui is new gadi ka m kya kar munscipal part ko du ya ghar khadi karu. m maruti company ki is car unsatisfy hu. please meri problem ko samajte hue jaldi se jaldi use solve karne ki koshish kare

          My car sx4vi no. dl9cs 3924 chassis noma3efjcis00131699 and my neighbours sx43caz6694 can be opened and started with each other's keys.
          This came to notice when i mistook neighbours car as mine and entered into it opening it with my keys.
          Later when i saw some items lying there not belonging to me, i realized the mistake and informed the owner.
          This is a real security hazard and serious lapse on maruti suziki's part.
          Please look into it at the earliest.

            I have booked ertiga vdi white at tristar car pvt. ltd chandrapur on 9/5/2016 by paying rs.5000. at the time of booking sales executive mr. sandip fulzele promised to deliver the car by 27th may. he asked to complete the loan procedure. as per his saying loan of rs.600000/- sanctioned and rs.578277/- disbursed to tristar car chandrapur on 20/05/2016 by icici bank. on 22/05/2016 sales exececutive sandip fulzele ask me to pay the balance amount as down payment. but i refused to do so as they don't have the car. on 27 may they said that car will be delivered by 4th june. on 4th june they said it will be delivered by 20th june. on 20th june they said it will be delivered by 30th june. on 30th they said by 6th july. on 4th july when i asked them they said it will take again 10-15 days. they are giving false promises and harrasing me since 2 months. as the loan amount is disbursed my emi has started since 10th june and 2nd emi is on 10th july but there is no sign of delivering the car. sanjay pusnake. mo. no.[protected]. email.                 I gave my car for servicing and repair at Machino techno Service Centre at dargah Road on 20th June 2016. I signed all the required documents and provided all the necessary informations to them. A week after that, I was informed that There was a fire in their godown and for which all the cars have been ceased and they cannot deliver my car. and there after, there has been no communication from their end, as to when n how will I get my car back. I kept calling their numbers and they did not answer my calls. Then on Friday, 1st of july, one of the people they answered the call and said, they will be delivering my car on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday morning to receive my car, and then they said that their is some issue with the wiring of my car, which was not present when I gave the car and as of today, 6th of July, I still have not received my car.

                Also, They did not call me to inform, I have to call then up and ask the status, and every time, they tell me they are diagnosing the issue.

                Kindly tell me what should I do against this harassment.

                  I had an accident on 4th june 2016 at ernakulam. so i gave my maruti suzuki ertiga vdi (kl03-z 5414) to popular service station pathanamthitta, kerala on 6th june. they promised to give the vehicle by 23ed. but since i was disappointed about the work they had done (over sprayed on the glass, the interior and the whole body, i lost its teflon coating and polish), i didnt take back my car on that day. so they promised to clear all the complaints within 3 days. but then also i found some painting complaints. (please see the attachments 1-11). because of the customer care manager's (mr. manoj s) assurance i gave it back again to them without considering the rude behaviour of the painter, who did this work. i received it on 1st july at 07.30pm, again i could see some complaints in the front and the rear bumper. so the customer care manager found the mistakes and he assured he will rectify it on 4th july 2016, monday. so i gave it on that day morning. but today when i went there to collect my insurance papers i was shocked on seeing my car with both the right doors and the bottom panel damaged. then only i was informed that my car got an accident on last night. (see the attachments 12-14). mr. joby mathew, work manager informed that it happened inside the premises. but we are not convinced about the reason they have provided. so who is responsible for this whole damage? how long i've to suffer for this? who will meet the loss? the car lost the company paint. surely i'll lose the resale value because of the repainting. why should i suffer for them!!!
                  I'm the superior of an orphanage at tamilnadu. so i faced many difficulties for arranging taxis and so i had great loss in time and money. they did not give a spare vehicle by this time.
                  I am totally dissatisfied about the behaviour of the crew in pathanamthitta popular.
                  So i'm going to lodge a complaint to the nearest police station.

                  So please do the necessary at the earliest.

                    We havd booked ertiga vxi 2016 model on 30th jan 2016 from fortpoint automotive, ghodbunder road, thane, maharashtra. We had asked for pearl blue blaze colour and the vehicle allotted to us was of serene blue colour. After complaining on 30th april 2016, the representative had asked for 20 days to deliver the vehicle. Today is 5th of july 2016, the staff of fortpoint has no clue about the position of the vehicle. Kindly llook into the matter.

                      Complaint regarding my new ciaz car's engine knocking problem.

                      This is to inform you that I have purchased Ciaz Car from DD Motors Rajpur Road Dehradun. After 1 month I faced a problem of Engine Knocking as car goes above the speed of 120 +. I went to service center regarding this problem they kept my car for a week and told me that it is absolutely fine. But after 1 week when I went to Highway and car reaches at speed of 120 the knocking problem was same as before. Then again I went to service center...

                      I had sent my car for second free service by using pick and drop facility. When I got the car back I was told to get alignment and wheel balancing When I went to get the alignment and balancing I found that front alloy tyre was broken from inside. There has been no impact on the car No impact on tyre and alloy was broken. When I reported this to the service center they said it is breakage and not cover under warranty In no way there was any impact as there is not even a single impact anywhere on the tyre or on the car How can alloy break without any impact. Either my car was mishandled when taken for service or it is a manufacturing defect.

                        I have booked Nexa Baleno at Pasco Nexa, Gurgaon on 07/02/2016, at the time of booking I already informed RM that vehicle registration will be in U.P on my sister's name, on that RM confirmed me that it's not a problem at all, I can book the vehicle on my name for now and at the time of billing and registration, the name can be changed and also promised that I will get the vehicle delivered in 2-3 months, I booked the vehicle and after 3 months I asked for the status and Agency people told that I need to wait for more time, After so many request and complaints, after 5 months they informed me that I can get the vehicle and need to deposit the entire amount in 2 days, else the vehicle will be re-allocated to someone else, anyhow we arranged the money and deposited the entire amount in their account(Also my RM has been transferred to any other branch and a new RM has been assigned to me).I have deposited the entire amount and now they are telling me that the billing and registration name can't be changed as I have booked the vehicle on my name and billing will be on the same name, I told them that I was promised from their RM at the time of booking that the name will be changed at the time of billing as the vehicle is for my sister and will be on her name only but now they are saying that at the time of booking it was possible but now the policies have been changed and name can't be changed, I requested a lot, also complainted on Nexaexperience and they are just saying that we are working on it and be patience while it's been more that a week I have deposited the whole amount and still haven't got the vehicle or any justified answer, I humbly request you to look into the concern and help me in that.

                            This is to inform you and bring in your notice that i chanderkant arora bought a new ciaz zdi car from dealer at najafgarh road namely (competent) to which i would like to inform you that of every maruti ciaz that the company has retailed out and also the same car my friends and family have, out of all the cars, my car is the only car which doesn't have the red blinking light (security system) supposedely that keeps on blinking even after the car is switched off, it is actually not present in my car. what i am shocked on to is that, is maruti suzuki so careless and people at the plant are so irresponsible that they even can forget that what all needs to be installed in the car. this is so not acceptable, at a point i may think that i did not notice this when the delivery of the vehicle was being done but am i also responsible to check out all the things then what is the team at showroom is responsible for?
                            I just want to know...
                            I escalated this matter to the showroom also but they are telling me that we will put a partin there and agree upon there fault but why would i allow any repairment or any kind of modification to a new car,
                            What supposingly if you buy a new phone and you get it without a vibrator will you get the phone replaced or will you get it repaired on the first month itself even after you paid the whole amount and it is actually company's fault?
                            Dear concerned i may like to inform you that i request you genuinly to replace my car with registration number dl 2c aq 7678 and i will not allow any modification in my new car.

                              I apply clutch and put the lever to first gear, the car dosent move when clutch is released. I cant even pull back the gear lever to neutral (Gear gets stuck) until the engine turns off. I have the videos of this problem recorded.

                              The car make is swift vdi- 2 months old, 1950 Kms driven.
                              On an average I have faced this problem about 50 times.

                              Have complained in mandovi motors, Bangalore twice, the issue is not yet resolved. Sending the vehicle to service station today.

                              What action do you all want me to take.

                              Please imagine you are in a hill station and the gear gets stuck??????

                                I bought Maruti WagonR VXI Model from Competent Motors, Connaught Place branch on 01 February 2012 with details as follows -
                                Car No. DL 2CAN 9832
                                Chassis No. 380345

                                It has been only 4 years and the car has been giving major problems.

                                The last service was done on 15th January 2016 where mileage reading was 27950 KM. As of today, 03 July 2016 the reading is 1865 KM.

                                Also, while taking right turn Axil sound is there.

                                Even I have faced other smaller problems off and on.

                                Keeping in mind that I am the only person driving this car, I believe I have been duped by Competent Motors and given old car.

                                I have been dedicated Maruti User and have Swift Desire also. My earlier Maruti 800 car, I used for 13 years which never gave any trouble.

                                In the past also I thought of lodging complaint against Competent Motors but was reluctant due to the time lapsed since purchasing this car.

                                Request you to look into this and take necessary action.

                                  Purchased Vitara Brezza Zdi+ 12 days back. Was forced to buy kit as well. Last week discovered water leakage in vehicle. Carpet became soggy. Visited service centre. Was advised to go to body shop. Next day I went to another service centre. They tested with water jets from outside and said no leakage. They said door would have remained open, dried carpet. Couple of days later water logged in again. Service centre said water was in floor mat. Removed the floor mat. Today water was found in car again. Finally convinced that there is a problem. Suggested to leave vehicle for 2 days, to remove dashboard and check. I took car to another service station. Had to wait for more than 2 hours for them to start investigating. They finally located the problem to a floor plug missing in front of the car. Fitted the plug however carpets are not replaced. Least Maruti could have done to compensate for all the trouble had to go through due to the fault in not putting the plug and not checking the leakage.

                                  The leakage still continues. So after all the plug fixing did not solve the issue as well.
                                  Purchased Maruti Brezza ZDI+ 12 days back. After few days we had a problem of water leakage in the vehicle under the driver's seat. Due to this the carpets were completely wet and soggy. We visited service centre thrice but they weren't able to find the problem. Today we visited another service centre for the same. They figured out that the rubber floor plug was not fitted. Our main complaint is that we want replacement of carpets.It is due to your company's negligence, that we are facing this problem.

                                    1 Most of men in workshop are unskilled
                                    2 They change parts of my vehicle just like they want and charge us higher
                                    3 Even when only 2 Rubber split, they changed all 4, charged me.
                                    4 Though I got a new handle bar placed in last service, now they say I need to change it when I complained about straightness.
                                    5 They never did service my exact issue I mention while giving it for servicing. I had to get those things done again, in the end.
                                    6 Managers do not respect their customer at all. I faced this issue today - 01/07/2016 with their LBNagar Branch Workshop Manager
                                    7 They charge higher for every small work they do, apart from the cost of the spare parts.

                                    9 Even when we reach them with complaints, they ask us to come in evening, then tomorrow, then evening... They ll simply test our patience and in the we end with frustration
                                    10. They won't allow us to write anything in feedback page after getting any issue resolved. I am not sure what they write afterwards, but they simply take our signature.

                                      Vide worksheet dated 10.5.2016, we, the amrut distilleries pvt ltd., located at pampampallam, palakkad, kerala, placed order with m/s indus motors, kootupatha post, palakkad. we paid rs.10, 000/- as advance as well as produced photo copy of the full payment cheque in favour of m/s indus motors. while placing order, we were told that the vehicle would be delivered within 15 days.in spite of our repeated reminders, vehicle is not delivered. our company is highly interested in maruti products and we are purchasing mainly maruti vehciles at palakkad/bengaluru/belgaum units.

                                      The reason cited by the officials of m/s indus motors is that the ac plant is gutted fire and production of eeco cars stopped.

                                      Sir, since our requirement is very urgent, we request your personal intervention in the matter and supply us our ordered vehicle at the earliest. it may be noted that the validity of our full payment cheque drawn in favour of m/s indust motors, palakkad is getting expired shortly. please help us.
