It was a incident when, i put my car (hr08p 8110, swift vdi) for regular servicing in karnal mortar @ 59000 km. i told to available service representative that i am facing little pic-up problem in my car. i have declared the same problem when the feedback asked from me after 50000 km service telepathically. also visited the work shop two times but they were quite busy in that duration always gives to the next date to visit the workshop, even job card not open. on 16th april, the available service representative responded my very quickly & positively give me information that egr valve not got cleaned at 30000 km service. i always put my car of servicing in authorised workshop only, then why this valve not got cleaned or asked by me to clean it or not. and when given clearance to do the cleaning now, mr. pandey told me to replace the hole system, because its got damaged due to over heat when the total running of vehicle was 3000 km accidentally. dear sirs, in last 57000 km approx. my car dint get nay over heat, and it get over heated @ 3000 km approx. i repaired this from authorised centre by paying full cost of it. if its got damaged due to over heat at that time then why it not replaced at that time & not get identified during the regular services at 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k & 50k respectively. now my three year warranty also got ended, but valve got damaged now after 3 years of that problem. it was just the way to charge extra. cars internal cleaning status was also pretty bad, it takes my 2 hours to clean at home. isn't the way to cheat customer & but does it by mean by your preventive maintenance.
I raised this concern almost more than 2 months ago, but still no conclusion come out.
